Bought from HI-FI Cooperation on Tuesday. On Wednesday night I received a message stating that they have delivered my order.
Went to tigers milk Weilgeheuwel. I ordered steak and strawberry daiquiri. The steak was spoiled and the strawberry 🍓 daiquiri was watery not crushed ice. The service was bad
I made a claim with Standard Bank home loan insurance three weeks ago. They only asked for my policy number. Even now they haven’t responded to my emails or called for a wa forward.
I bought from Hi-Fi corporation online on Tuesday. On Wednesday I received an email stating that my order has been delivered while it wasn’t. When I called customer care they told me that the system sent a message by mistake but it’s out for delivery. Waited the whole day it wasn’t delivered. When I track it on the app it says the order is complete. Meaning it had been delivered.
Our alarm system got stroked by a lightning mid January and reported it. They said they’ll come fix it on the 4th of February. Waited the whole day they never came or called. Next day we called and they saw that they were suppose to come and they made us hold while finding out what happened the next thing the call was cut off. When we tried to call again they never responded. Now we have to pay for services that we are not using.
I bought from adidas online on the 27 November 2025 then bought from amazon on the 28th of November 2025. The Amazon order is out for delivery but the adidas one which I bought first is sitting at the Johannesburg depot.
I wrote an email to Tymbank customer service for them to replace my credit card since it has expired July 2025. They only responded to my email after two weeks yelling me I must go to any TFG store to print out my debit card while I asked for a credit card. TFG stores only print out debit cards not credit cards.
I took a life insurance 3 months back. Now my dependent died before the waiting period. When I try to call and cancel I’m not being helped. Everyone that picks up the call transfers me to another person with no help. I waited for an hour in a call listening to the automated voice telling me I’m caller number one but still wait for more than an hour and not being assisted. Went to west gate branch wasn’t assisted there too.
Mlungisi from buffalo logistics delivered my parcel within 7 days of purchase and he was very friendly. He called when he was on his way to notify me that he is few minutes away to deliver my parcel
On the 15th of June they deducted their premium. On the 20,28 and 30 they also debited R240,79. Car track just debit any amount they want from your account at anytime they feel like it. Imagine paying your monthly premium four times a month.
