1ST Review 9 April 2026 My husband had a contract with NETSTAR sadly he suddenly passed away in Dec2025, I have send a mail to NETSTAR to let them know about his passing, I also send all the relevant docs to them, today I receive a sms on his phone, now they handed him over because he terminated the contract to early. Really he passed away he didn't on purpose terminate the contract. 2nd Review I got a call the next day of a guy Stanley who ask me again to send all the docs which I did send again, they did receive it, this was the same guy who send me a mail to say On Sun, 22 Mar 2026, 12:43 Netstar Finance Legal, <[email protected]> wrote: Good day We respond, on the instruction we received therefore kindly inform your husband. MY DEBIT ORDER WAS UNPAID EVEN WITH ENOUGH FUNDS IN MY ACC. REVERSE THE UNPAID CHARGES IMMEDIATELY.
STILL NOT RESOLVED, THEY LOOK INTO THE WRONG CLAIM, NOT HAPPY WITH THE RESPONSE RECEIVED. I AM COVERED FOR THE MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL BREAKDOWN

I WAS ALWAYS HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE, BUT THE BECAME USELESS, IF YOU CLAIM THEY REJECT IT, MY LAST 2 CLAIMS BOTH REJECTED. BUT THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY EVERY MONTH, BUT WHEN YOU CLAIM THEY REJECT EVERY CLAIM. I WANT TO WARN EVERYONE DON'T MAKE USE OF RENASA. I WANT MY MONEY FROM DEC BACK DUE TO YOU REJECT EVERYTHING. I AM PAYING A LOT OF MONEY FOR WHAT????????
Debit order returned while there was enough funds in my account, they also took the unpaid charge which after I complaint about it reverse it back in my account. Know with the debit order they sommer decide to unpay now I struggle with my insurance company to get it sorted. Not happy at all, who is going to sort the mess out, they just pull up their shoulders.
We have return a product on the 14th of October 2024 already it says 2 to 3 days up to now no reply no refund back in our account. THe sms says we will contact you no one contact us up until today. I want my money back in my account
