I would like to inform you that when I bought a car from Nissan garage on 31 December 2024, one of the benefit was a 12 months free car tracker. I have no agreement with your company with regards to the tracker. I would like to ask you to refrain from sending sms threats and phone calls. I do not owe you anything. I will be forced to report this matter to the National Consumer Council.

I am writing to formally complain about a defective defy microwave that my fiance purchased at OK furniture in ladybrand. The microwave model number is DMO 390 and the serial number is 8140090082231233981. I believe the product is currently covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Unfortunately, the microwave is not performing properly. It is not heating food. As this failure occurred within the warranty period. I am requesting that your company replace it.
