Don’t open a Fnb Non Resident Acount
I am writing this review to let anyone who would like to open a Non Resident Acount not to waste their time as this department has unprofessional staff. I receive payments from the USA and UK and that was the perfect acount for these transactions as they take forex . Now the first time this transaction came through,this was from YouTube a Google owned company I was made to sign a mandate that I wll be receiving forex from them via a company called MC Pay. Now over the past months my acount has been frozen ,for example I received money from my sister who is in the UK and the acount was frozen,please provide us wth the source of funds . I would provide but this kept on happening now this last two weeks. I received funds from Mc Pay and Destiny finance a company based in Uk . As soon as the funds from MC Pay reflected I transferred them and did one payment later .My husband then deposited a sum of R1300 for my insurance premium. The next Saturday morning my acount was frozen I woke with a few rands in the acount and that time I had received funds from Destiny finance . They then withheld all the funds requesting proof of funds of which those two companies I had signed a mandate . They later asked the proof of the R1300 where did the funds come from? I explained my husband had deposited the money I sent them all they needed. They asked about the $400 from MC pay I gave them all the information. There was silence for about a week ,I kept on sending emails and no one would attend to them till they asked where is the R62 k that was transferred on the 6th of October come from? Ok that money was from my business acount and these accounts use one app so I transferred it by mistake into that acount but realised the mistake and I removed it after all it’s my bank acount. After explaining that this is from my business acount we went back again to the $400 where did it come from ? It’s from YouTube I told them,they asked is the YouTube a resident of South Africa or foreigner? Wow !!!! YouTube is an American company owned by Google ,so it’s not a South African company hence they pay in US dollars. Now they want a letter from YouTube ! Guys these payments are automated who on earth wll give me the letter. So basically FNB Non resident acount department is with holding my money that is more than the $400 and they don’t want to release the funds even tho I have provided them with the source of funds. I haven’t paid my insurance and it is going to lapse because they don’t know if YouTube is a foreigner or not. Dear Non residents ,in the Uk ,Europe ,where ever you are do not waste yo time opening this acount they wll freeze your money and live you stranded. They dnt care about their clients ,they wll make your life hell on earth . Thank me later. Glory S Ngwenya

Blissfull birth
I don't know where to begin,All I can say is May God bless you.I actually got so emotional seeing that I need to review you here.You are heaven sent to help us women who did not prepare for medical aid but cannot stand the gvt hospitals.I am so grateful for your kindness and generosity and service. Let me say I got to know of blissfull birth after I was ill-treated at the gvt clinic,So I started my journey wth Blissfull birth for anc visits.They would see me on a scheduled appointment and check everything that needed to be checked.They gave me time /a plan to start paying for my child birth bill and I paid the first installment.However,the baby decided to come before edd and I was rushed to the birth unit.Upon arrival these beautiful ladies discoverd that I had a complication.Hennelie rushed with me to Rahima Moosa while Maggie stayed behind and made all necessary calls to the doctor's and Coronation.Hennelie fought for my life,she made sure that I was attended to upon arrival,she ran wth me while pushinge on the wheel chair😭 they both made sure that the specialists attended to me,She stayed with me till I was prepared for an emergency CSection and before she left she Prayed for me! She knew that my life was in danger and she knew the importance of Prayer.By the time Hennelie left I was on my way to theatre,To me she was my advocate ,I lost a lot of blood,I was freezing and I believe God made our paths to meet so that one day she could be there to save my life.She made sure she communicated with my family and updated them through out the whole process.My husband stayed at coronation up to 10 pm then Hennelie called him to inform him that I was ok. Ofcourse I did not give birth at blissfull birth but it's worth it ,they have all the machinery for natural birth. Glory
