I have never had the displeasure of dealing with a company with such incompetence in assisting me to get my money refunded back to me. I am being sent from pillar to post by the people that work there and absolutely no one is willing to assist.

I am extremely disappointed in these guys services. They broadcasting all over the internet and their webiste about their benefits yet when I tried to find out re my benefit for a mammogram I was it's not covered. Womens health is part of preventitive screening which clearly shows on their site but the consultant seemed surprised when I did the query. Is this a way to mislead clients to take out their insurance and why will it not be covered when they have a whole article on their site about screening and prevention benefits.

We have been with GetSavvi from 2018. The hospital cover and emergency stabilization is unfortunately very problematic. I suffered chest pains and being a Cardiac Patient I rushed to Casualty to investigate and stabilize. Even though my Troponin levels were elevated to 10 it was not high enough of 15 according to them to warrant stabilization. I told them I had taken two Dispirins and that could have helped stabilze the full heart attack. Getsavvi is adamant it was not an emergency and are refusing to pay the casualty stabilization cost. I cannot in good faith recommend their hospital Plan. I however cannot fault their day to day plan with GPs.

Good day ID Number : 9210070525080 I have been using GetSavvi Health for almost 3 years now without any issues. On the 23 and 24 of February 2025. I had to use my own money to go see the Doctor because it was emergency, and it was on Sunday my GP was closed so I sued the different one I submitted the claim on the 17 /03/2025 with all documents requested .You guys responded and requested the detailed invoice for the service dates which I submitted . Now you are telling me you having difficulty matching the invoice with the proof of payment, as the doctor's details are not included on the proof of payment. 1. I paid using my partner card and it was speed point machine 2. I provided all the invoices ,proof of payment and sick notes with stamped that I received from the GP 3. I had the Ectopic pregnancy and lost my child I’m still in trauma now I received such treatment from you guys . Why would I lie about all this?? where is Empathy in this ???? . This is my first time claiming back the refund from you guy’s .Please sort it out urgently I even attached the letter form the Hospital that I was booked off for 3 weeks. Kind regards

Navigating the process of obtaining medication when unwell has been an incredibly tedious experience. Recently, I spent nearly 45 minutes at the dispensary, where two pharmacists seemed uncertain about how to assist me. It’s disheartening to think that GetSavvi might consider investing more in the vouchers we receive for the symptoms we report. No one who is feeling sick should have to endure such long waits. I find myself frustrated, especially since I had to settle for medication that I don't typically use, simply because it's less expensive and takes longer to work. I diligently pay my bills each month, and I believe I deserve a more streamlined process. It should be as simple as walking in, collecting my medicine, and leaving without unnecessary delays. Moreover, I received a notification from my dentist's office indicating that GetSavvi would only cover a portion of my costs, leaving me responsible for the rest. Fast forward to today, and I'm informed that I must pay out-of-pocket for the antibiotics and pain medication prescribed by my dentist. This raises an important question: What exactly are we paying for? It’s high time for a more efficient and supportive approach. The worst health insurance ever. Don't waste your money joining this.

I joined the company in 2022 and building towards August 2024, I was notified that one of my beneficiaries would be turning 21 and had to be on a different programme. Since I had recently resigned from my job, I notified the consultant who called that in fact I would be terminating my membership. I was adviced to send an email and on the 19 August 2024 I did. I then sent this email: <[email protected]> Mon, Aug 19, 8:39 PM to talktous Hi, As indicated over the phone, kindly note that I hereby give a notice of the termination of my membership effective from now, thanks. Kind regards, In September, October and November 2024, Getsavvi continues debiting my account without shame! When I called them on the 3rd December, they initially dismissed my claim that I sent an email and hence they continued debiting. I resent the email and now instead of refunding me I am being sent from pillar to post. This includes the 1st consultant who dismissed my claim that I sent an email rudely putting the phone on my ear. Then her manager, some Kevin making promises and not fulfilling them. Then talking to some Sidwell explaining the same thing that they are apologising and yet not refunding my money which I want with the interest for the inconvenience and for *****ulently debiting my money in the 1st place YET I comp**** with their procedure of terminating membership. Getsavvi is a ****mer for doing this in so far as I am concerned!
