I have never had the displeasure of dealing with a company with such incompetence in assisting me to get my money refunded back to me. I am being sent from pillar to post by the people that work there and absolutely no one is willing to assist.
The worst company that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have been sent from pillar to post between these people and Getsavvi Health just to get a refund for a payment that I made. My policy was made inactive and only found out that my policy has been made inactive after I made the payment. I want my refund done immediately.
I had a nightmare getting assistance from Mweb billing department as I did not agree with the arrears they said that I was in with my account, and not one single person in the billing department was willing or able to assist. I then phoned and spoke with Ghaleed and Gino who were absolute stars with the service I received from them and they went above and beyond to assist me. Gino & Ghaleed, you are like unicorns, not very often that people experience customer service like the service that I have received from Gino & Ghaleed. The other billing staff could learn a thing or two from Gino & Ghaleed. Thank you so very much for your assistance.
I have issues with my billing, and have not been able to get proper assistance regarding my billing query, my account reflects arrears which I do not agree with. Trying to get assistance online is a absolute nightmare.
I have emailed your pathetic company on 22.11.2022I refer to my email sent to Busisiwe Vuma and to Khukhama Mapoma advising that I do not have outstanding MTN account!!! I keep getting harassed by your company for this so call MTN Account. I have also spoken with numerous persons at you offices explaining the same, and still no assistance in removing my profile from your company as you are not able to provide me with any of the information that I asked for in my emails. I have yet again received a call regarding my so-called MTN account. I DO NOT HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING MTN ACCOUNT!!!!! The account I had with MTN was paid in Full and was removed from my credit report on 04.06.2019, meaning there were no outstanding balances owed to MTN. I have accessed my credit report again this morning and I do not have a MTN account reflecting on my credit report. Kindly take this as a warning, that you should continue to pursue me for monies that I do not owe, or if you or MTN affect my credit report negatively, that I will take this matter further and hold your company liable for the legal costs. The account was closed in 2019, you cannot pursue debt that is older than three years as it is prescribed debt. The so-called detailed statement that was sent to me by Khukhama Mapoma is not a valid statement. I have requested information as per my email below, and still have not received any feedback. I suggest that between yourselves and MTN you get your facts straight. Should this matter not be resolved, then I will be opening a case of harassment as you cannot provide me with what I have asked for. I have also informed that the MTN account does not reflect as outstanding or overdue on my credit report, which means that I do not owe MTN any monies!!!!
My husband and I joined Virgin Active in October of 2019. We both paid our membership fees in advance. Circumstances lead to us not being able to continue with our membership, and therefore requested a refund. I received an email on the 21st of February 2020 from Luschano advising that the refund request had been received and said that it would take 5-10 working days to process and paid out. Today is the 10th of March 2020, it has been 2 weeks and still we have not received the refund. During the process it has cost me an additional R 250.00 just to get an answer as to what is going on. I ended up speaking to at least nine different people of which 2 were managers, they confirmed that the payment has been made, this was on Wednesday 4th of March 2020. Today again it has cost me further phone calls to Virgin Active just again to hear three different stories. The service as poor and disgusting as Virgin Active's staff, when it comes to service delivery Virgin Active takes first place, then the municipality. I have the voice recordings as well for these conversations. They are quick to blacklist you if you don't pay your membership fees, but not quick to refund membership fees that were paid in advance. I will ensure that this goes to social media as well.
I received a Guess watch for my birthday last year with a 2 year guarantee. The watch stated loosing time and stopped working, I took the watch back where it was purchased from, and the battery was replaced. After a few hours I received the watch back and then it started loosing time again, to which I had to take it back to the jeweler where the watch was purchased. The watch was sent for repairs, the whole mechanism was replaced. Two to three months later, the watch started loosing time again, and had it taken back to the jeweler again. I was then informed that my watch is a discontinued model, and that they will not replace my watch, but will repair it again. I feel that it is unacceptable as my watch is still under warrantee and was a very expensive gift. If this is the service that is given by Guess, then it is too overpriced for the quality, to which the product does not live up to.
I would just like to thank Kate for her speedy assistance and constant feedback regarding my UIF claims, she went the extra mile and made sure that all of the relevant documentation needed are in order. It was an absolute pleasure dealling with you, thanks for effort.
I have paid my account in full on the 12th of January 2016, my account is STILL with the legal department, i am unable to get my balance due that needs to be paid to keep my account up to date and Eugene from the legal department gave me his number and advised that i should contact him after the 13th of feb to get the new balance, i phoned him 3 times to no avail as he does not answer the phone, its been over a month and still nothing has changed from my previous complaint, this is breach of contract on MTN'S side and I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE if my account is not paid on time, and MTN must dare suspend my line due to their poor service then i will take the necessary legal action against MTN. ITS THE WORTS SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED, the accounts department is not helpfull either.
My account was handed over to Lambrianos attorneys, I have settled my account with the attorneys on the 12th of January 2016, i have sent through the proof of payment to the attorney as well as to mtn's customer care, Palesa Legodi, who sent it through to the Legal Department I have proof of the email that plase confirmed receipt of the proof of payment, I myself have also sent the proof of payment and the settlement letter through to the legal department as well as to Sibongile Zwane and to Bonginkosi Hadebe, i have been phoning each day since the 12th of January to date to have my services reconnected, and everytime it just gets escalated or a request gets sent through to the legal department, numerous emails have been sent to the legal department as well with regards to this matter and STILL no resolution has come from this, emails/requests were sent directly to Bonginkosi Hadebe to reconnect the services and i have also replied to the emails that Bonginkosi sent to me supplying him/her with the relevant information that has been requested from me. It has been 8 Days and i am still waiting for the phone calls as well which has also not happened!!!
