I received a fine which I proved it was wrong, the cameras do not read the correct speed of the car. I am one of the victims of this method that is being used in South Africa to ***** people to make payments of fines that are false. I contacted them and I was told to fill a form and months later no one responded instead the fine keeps going up. I am pretty sure that whoever was accessing my case saw that the information they provided was fabricated. These people are here to help the government to continue to ***** citizens. You will call, email however you will never get feedback
I visited one of your branches at Northgate and my goodness immediately when I walked in to ask about the chance process the guy by the name of Khotso said to me they can’t help me with that I need to call the call centre, the whole reason of my visit was for me to get support of which I didn’t get because that man was rather very rude and dismissive left the store after giving me a piece of paper to smoke even one of his colleague jumped in to assist me as he could see that I am not getting assisted, I had thought I was a customer regardless of what I need assistance with. After my attempts to try and call the number 0821958 it kept saying my number is invalid, I come to a conclusion that it is vodacoms intention to make it impossible for a customer to cancel a contract with them. Other companies you go there fill paperwork and the rest is history but with vodacom you will be sent to from pillar to post. How does one get hold of you to cancel a contract because I don’t want your contract anymore, I have paid it for the contractual obligations and now I want out. Your rates keeps going up, the price and the invoice are two different things.
I am not happy at all with TFG since it transition to Bash, there’s a an alarming trend I picked up ever since it changed. Their billing system is sneaky and I am starting to think that they are promoting dishonesty and *****. I have been observing this for quite sometime and gathering enough fact to review them. I have been receiving sms indicating how much I should pay and when I do pay the suggested amount, I will later on receive collection letters, sms, calls you name them mind you all that are billed on your account. I made a call sometime in January asking them about this issues but I never received clarity. They are misleading customers to pay a certain amount thereafter it reflects as short paid so that they can accumulate more money by sending letter, calls and all that. I requested a statement to see what is happening but there’s really something happening here. My question do you people have a contract with a collection company that you feel the need to give out wrong information in order to make more money out of the situation. Why are you misleading me and then come back later to claim a different story. I will not be having more of those transactions from the collection department adding more money to benefit you. I am getting sick of this **** and it’s annoying especially giving that I have been a customer for years.

The disappointed I have with this entity is beyond, they deducted money from my account without my consent for four years and they have been investigating up until this moment yet. They promised to do a refund and yet months later there’s nothing from them.
I am not happy, placed an order last year on the 24th December and when you guys finally delivered yesterday, you delivered the wrong size. I tried sending an email yesterday but nothing. Order #30456 schools are opening and my son doesn’t have shoes. I ordered a size 6 and you delivered a size 8 what is wrong with your service
I didn't believe the amount of people who were not happy with this company until i became a victim, I took out a funeral policy for my mom with them and to my surprise i was informed that it has lapsed in 2019/12/02 yet Hollard has been debiting my account for when i gave them the reference used it was for someone i didn't even know until early this year when I stopped the double debiting that they have initiated without my knowledge. I sent emails, called them and the only reply i got since August when i realise that they are not sending me documentation pertaining the policy. I have been sending emails to Mighty Tjatji and their response will either be they missed my mail and will get back to me, since August when i brought this matter to Hollard it has been hanging. I will never advise anyone to trust these people with their money, Imagine had i found out in the event of death that the policy is claimed to have lapsed in 2019 yet they have been deducting until 2024. In all i only wonder where have they been allocating my funds to? whos funeral policy have i been paying and why suddenly where they double debiting my account? i have emailed them all my bank statement as proof of my claim but they did nothing. I despise such companies WHO TAKE CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED.

My first purchase was two days ago and i received my package on the third day. Honestly i would give them 10 stars for service delivery and the constant open communication. As a customer communication is one of the most important element in any business that gives a sense of relieve to any first time buyer and Perfume room did not fall short on that. I am happy with my birthday purchase and I will buying again from them. Job well done!!!!
Since 2015 when i started banking with this people and continuously they never fail to disappoint me and with my recent request they still do not deliver. calling customer service is the worst experience especially when you know for a fact that you wont get assistance. They gave me a reference number 124051648 only because i was insisting but to be honest i am under the impression that CAPITEC is in cahoot with lots of companys to de***** customers because they never get to resolve what ever issue you raise as a customer. Their labour force is a bunch of consultant who have no idea as to how to handle cases, all them have the same answers, all of them as to what kind of training are they giving makes one wonder. I requested a bank reversal payment because the company MTN failed to provide me with services for a whole month and a quarter trying to reach them with no luck and my bank CAPITEC told me to contact the service provider but i asked them how when i cannot get hold them but an agent gave me contact numbers to call MTN. This was my last straw, i am good with this people and i am definitely moving to another bank.
