Useless and unprofessional and rude. They are not working properly
I’ve been back and forth to sars Randburg and no one can help me. I call in and no one ever picks up. But when it’s time for me to be taxed it’s fast. Why are we paying for people who are untrained and useless. I have money due to. I have tax ***** also and over 4months not one auditor has been assigned to my case. I want what is due to me. Now
You guys called and signed me up and made me pay R15000 and you never paid the bank the money. You guys don’t answer phone calls *****sters and ****mers.
Please be careful and aware of this company. The offer cheap rentals and then when you get there they up the price by doubles first offer when present it is,2500 for another deposit, 999 for another deposit plus and in lnstallment for 4950. Then you get there to the place it goes up to 17k deposit and 2500 deposit plus 999 deposit plus 6950.which means you pay for an old car 8250 per month which is madness. Guys are robbing people and people need to be care of such behaviour. Then made me come with a Uber from the west to Midrand twice and in those to time they keep on. Trying to increase my instalment and deposit. Sales person Dean is a bull****er please do not trust him
I was promised after 3months of payments someone would call me and explain how my credit score was looking. I told to add an extra premium of R89 for legal cover and a monthly fee. Since I signed the forms I have not heard from them.when you call the number doesn’t work. Email address also don’t work. Please spread the word and be very careful not to sign up with such companies. There are so many companies that are taking advantage of hard working South Africans. Don’t fall in to the trap. If you have issues go to your local bank rather.useless
So I get charged R107 cash to drop off a package and then the amount changes to r35. When I request for a refund Uber says they won’t refund me even though they over charged me. Let me tell you Uber are over priced and have become so care free on how they treat customers. Greedy on another level I tell. Start using other companies guys

Simpler better faster. Slow unbothered and lack of service is my experience at the Nioclway Standard Bank branch. No sense of urgency at all. I’ve been with Standard Bank for over 10years and this has been the worst experience ever. To a point I had to get up and walk out and no manager on the floor to even address my problems too. I’ve been waiting for almost three days just to get two savings accounts for my kids opened. Friday last week I got told the system was down yet the person who was helping wasn’t even at work but emailed lying. Yesterday I got to the bank on my day off and there is a long line and no one to manage customers expectations. Today I walk in no greeting.then I get called back to asked rude what can I do for you. I sit down ask for the lady Named Lindi from the other staff and everyone just keeps telling me she’s at the back no one bothered to get up and call her for me. And at the point it was over 10mins sitting and waiting in a empty branch.whoever is the manager needs to be hands on and not stuck in the back useless and unprofessional
Worst service ever. I tried to get help with books for my daughter and no one knew anything. Asked for a manager right by the door and instead of going to look for him the staff start to speak zulu infront of me and then walk slowly and don’t bother to help me. This isn’t the first time. And you wonder why your shop isn’t ever full because of the useless staff you have and untrained. Games Clear water mall is useless
More than 12 weeks for a payout. And after getting hold of one agent Koketso mathekga who has been leaving me we wait for some what of a reply. And then after two weeks she sends me a reply today stating she’s going on leave tomorrow. No I’m sorry no I’m still dealing with the issue nothing I’m ****en tired of the useless staff you guys have and the lack of respect and treatment you have for customers
