Telkom has the worst service and their consultants are by far the most misinformed and poorly trained people I have ever experienced. I have been a customer for over 5 years and must say their service is becoming more appalling by the day. Don't think you will get assistance from their managers, they are more clueless than the agents. My account was in arrears for the month of June and in July I made payment that was required of R713, which I paid via a link I received. I called in August to find out how much they would debit as their statement said R900 + and spoke to an agent who told me the payment made 26 July reflects on my account and in fact I have a credit amount of +R500 on my account, so telkom actually owes me, so they would not debit for the month of August and in September I would need to call in to ensure the credit I have still sufficient for September as well. To my surprise I get an sms of a failed debit order of over R700 on the 7th of July , I called them and was told no actually you were supposed to pay R50 for August as your account had credit. But the agent could not explain why they did not debit that R50 but tried to debit R700? I asked to speak a manager who called me back to give me a third version, everyone gives you a different story. He was worse as he wanted to speak over me during the conversation and he couldn't answer why they wanted to debit R700 instead of R50 and more so he did not come with a solution. I requested a cancelation was put through to a rentions line that rings unanswered. Horrible service from Telkom.
Standard bank heidelberg mall has the worst service. I'm here for the 4th time of which at one point I had to go back home because we were sitting in the queue for long without assistance, mind you it was not even a busy day. Only 2 tellers were available, dont know if they go on lunch at the same time or what. Today I went back to follow up on a card I app**** for 2 months ago and for the second time. It's now 14H54 and 2 tellers again one such said she is going to lunch. This is annoying, you always wait long for hours even on days that aren't busy and the staff have no sense of urgency or customer service
Cell C is the worst and their device insurance. Took out the Cell C device insurance on the 23rd of February 2024 and canceled the cover on the 28th of February 2024, which is within their cooling off period, as per their policy wording. They still deducted the premium. I requested a refund and submitted the required documents and they are refusing to refund me the amount they deducted. Their consultants hang up whilst you are speaking to them on the phone. Bunch of ********* ****mers.
Recently purchased a vehicle with them. Was assisted by Monika, sales consultant, who is amazing. Made sure we were okay, very empathetic and patient, explained everything in detailed. We were then assisted by Ryan. Who is the financial advisor. Very professional, even assisted with finding insurance. We are pleased and grateful for the experience. Thank you.
No complaints so far.Always had a pleasant experience with the agents I've spoken to over the phone.They call back very quickly upon request and offer to call you back when you're the one who called. Karabo was extremely helpful and friendly.
