Between YOU and MWEB i dont know who is worse. I was told by your call center that i need to call Mweb and get a case number then call them back. Really? I've been waiting since Monday to get connected and 2 HUGE companies cannot get this done. Rather just cancel everything and ill use MTN because at this rate at least ill get connected immediately.
For one of the largest Internet providers in the country, you are by for the most disappointing. The appointment was Scheduled Confirmed Schedule Date 02/Mar/2026 07:30. By 9:30 no one had arrived so i contacted the help desk via the website at 9:27. At 10:57 someone finally answer only to tell me i must wait they will be here today. Then the story changed, to schedule for 03/03 07:30. Who runs these companies and why do they feel its okay to mess clients around like this? Wasted my day. and im not the only one.
I called. The call was answered in less than 3 rings, I asked a question, the agent that answered answered in full without being transferred once.Super friendly and knew exactly what I needed to know. My only wish is that they sold more products. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Had an Incident on 24 December. Keep getting told its been sent for a decision. Now i have to wait again until Friday for this Decision. based on all the comments here that's only the first hurdle I have to climb. Once its approved it still needs to go in and then its another few weeks to get approval to fix. Dont bother replying to this PMD. I have done it myself with your standard reply below Thank you for taking the time to raise this matter with us. Dont buy a car here if you are in a hurry. Confirmed i can collect at 10am on Saturday. Get called Thursday afternoon at 4:45 (Friday public holiday) saying i can only collect on Tuesday. What a mess. No sense of commitment. Customer service is shocking.
