I have rented a unit, and from the start I had the worst experience ever. The agent was Ralph Henderson. I have also sent a list of concerns to the admin and NOT one concern was addressed or rep**** to, not even when I called and raised the matter. I was blatantly ignored. The lack of interest and the negligence of the agent resulted in myself losing my place to stay as well as a lot of damage to the owner and neighbors. I have lost a lot of money as a result - and is very much disappointed in the service or the lack thereof. I will not recommend this establishment nor its workers.

My store was locked without notice - I will get legal advise as well. I never received invoices but paid every month. I also do not have a signed contract for my unit. I do not receive any feedback from Branch manager Tania, or Regional Manager, Lizette Straight after my complaint, it was easy to send me a letter of a price increase, from R1500 p.m. to R1650 p.m - making them officially the most expensive storage on the East Rand. I have sent all my friends, family and customers to them, but after this, I will no longer support them. I need my goods to be released - but no support received.

I have applied through vitality to join Virgin Active. This is a battle for 2 months already. I have been talking with about 6 different agents. I even signed a contract with Virginia on her WhatsApp on 21 February. It was confirmed, and all was good. I went to the club in Sunward Park just to be told that I owe the club money from 2011 - which is 12 years ago! Is this even legal? The agent then asked me to pay R400 of the outstanding amount from 12 years ago. In the meantime, I have talking to 3 agents, and they could not find my membership on the system, or that I have applied. I tried to use the special that was running for February, which I clearly lost now. I am so disappointed in the poor service that I am not even in the mood to join anymore and are opting for other options. I will also let Discovery know that they are dealing with a very unprofessional institution. This is really bad service - am I the only one??? I am of the opinion that you will be losing some serious business if this continues.
On 30 July I became aware of an invoice 4012029 that was billed on my account. I did not arrange for this collection. I immediately sent an email to the call center to advise them. Since then I have been enquiring about this every second day. I keep on getting the same response - "we will revert back to you asap". Well, I have not received my credit, and the response today "What is it that you are enquiring about" REALLY ??!! I have been speaking with Monique Richardson, Alistair C, Charmaine Dafel, and a few others! How can this company not deal with ONE credit in 4 weeks time? This is fraud, in my opinion, as I have paid for a collection that was not for my account. I need a positive outcome and response as a matter of urgency! Very disappointed that the company cannot deal with ONE query in 30 days!!!
We delivered a parcel on 31 May 2020. The tracking shows until 04/06/2020. Then nothing. From Boksburg to Dainfern. No contact number, no answer! Cannot deal with this!
I have applied for fiber at home with Vox, and after a battle, the installation was done by Vumatel on 11/02/2020. The technicians broke a mirror and failed to inform me of such before they left. This in itself was very dishonest. I logged this with Vox, and a guy called Francois contacted me regarding this. He gave me his cellphone number, and we started communicating. He told me that I need to get a quote for the mirror, and he will report to their HR dept. I send him a quote. He promised feedback everyday, and eventually he asked me for my banking details, yesterday 03/03. I sent it to him. This morning he asked me for the invoice! I called him and asked him, how can I give him an invoice, as I was not informed of the process to go buy a mirror and then claim back. I was not informed of the amount either. He also claimed that he never received my bank details, which is unfortunate, as I sent it straight from Capitec App and from my personal e-mail. This person have been stringing me along for far too long. He failed to supply me with a reference number or any professional feedback. I told him I was going to lay a formal complaint numerous times. No one bothered to call me back, so I take it, he did not discuss this with his superiors. I need this to be dealt with as a matter of urgency!
