AFTER 40 PLU DAYS SAMSUNG HAS FINALLY PAID ME BACK. AFTER PROMISING AND MANAGING ME TELL ME THAT THEY WILL OFFER THE PRODUCT FOR THE SAME PRICE, THEY WENT BACK ON THEIR WORK TODAY. I will report this case too Delivery was not rejected. You fools did not deliver on the scheduled date. They did not come back on any of the days they said they would. Let me just go to social media and cgso. This is what happened Item paid for Item delivered after the first delivery date was missed un arranged Item returned, although I asked for the item to be left Item still not delivered again after calling and deliver was scheduled Option of deliver of refund given by me No reply from you Follow up by me Confirmation that Item will be sold for the same price Item booked for return to warehouse Item refund process starts after numerous follow-ups More follow up and fund deadline was missed by you Follow up again and again Refund process I attempt to purchase Price has changes and Samsung after confirming item will be offered for same price and missing their deadline which, if it was early enough, the item would still be on the same price and paid for again. Samsung wants me to pay additional cost after costing me thousands rands buying take aways for over 40 days and going back on their own word. talk about trust and "all calls are recorded."

Hi I've never had to deal with useless people like Samsung! 30 days since the purchase, No Delivery, No Refund, No update unless i call them. The only time I get an update from Samsung is if I initiate the call or send an email. Up to today no one is phoning and updating me. I called this morning to get an update to indicate that Samsung really does not care. Why should I be following up when you're supposed to keep me updated? From 28 March to 28 April - no delivery, and no refund, and no update unless I call! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND NEVER BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS

From "we deliver in 2-3 days," it was a week before I got tired. Now it's been over two weeks. Some useless clown from Value Express even had the nerve to tell me on the 2nd, when they were supposed to deliver, that it's none of their business I should contact Samsung, they deliver in 3-5 days. MAYBE PRODUCTS ARE OK, BUT SAMSUNG SERVICE IS ****! Value Express is worse, still trying to find the word to describe this kind of Bull**** from Value Express!

Whatever Samsung says to you do not use these useless bunch of unqualified *****s. They came and tried to replace a part it went faulty in less than two months, and guess what these clowns told me.... They want me to pay again for their useless ***** unfortunately for them I know a lot about electronics. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS, THEY KNOW NOTHING! ALL THEY DO IS DAMAGE FURTHER WHILE EXPECTING YOU TO PAY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY CLOWNS THEY PICKED UP FROM THE STREET!
FNB must be the worst bank in South Africa. They have these clowns from the streets who know nothing about banking; they call it Secure Chat. What a bunch of useless *****s. If you are thinking of moving to FNB, just DONT. These are a bunch of useless *****s boasting about being a bank leading in digital platforms. There is no such thing. I'm still waiting for a simple one-document bank statement right this from Last Year. They can't get it done. USELESS. No bank is so ****en useless like FNB.
Samsung Support Service is Bull****. They send these other *****s they work with to come and do repairs for an appliance. These *****s (MM All Electronics) messed up my appliance it go faulty within 2 months and they both don't care. It's been over 4 months now, waiting for them to resolve. They are expecting me to pay the *****s again. SANSUMG DOESN'T CARE ABOUT SERVICING ANYTHING. THEY SIMPLY DON'T GIVE A ****. ALL YOU WILL EVER GET IS A BUNCH OF NOTHING RESOLVED.
This must be one of the most useless when it comes to maintenance. The people don't know what they're doing they have the most ****ed up buildings and never maintain them. You will be ignored until you turn blue. If you have to rent from them please DO NOT! Find out if there are other options for rental agents for the building you're interested in. DO NOT **** around with these useless people or you will find out. **** around and find out. Useless!
