Good day Please assist I made an order on the KFC app for 4 All Star lunch box. For some reason my order has vanished from the system. The order was made at 11: 49 and the time now is 12: 55 more than an hour
Their system is not user friendly, very hard to navigate, WhatsApp line you wait for more than 3 hours. Landline is not working been waiting for a payment link since Monday
Phakama administration services with reference 7470029342. Which is being administered by Hollard. We made a claim on the 2 August 2022 and still today 10 August 2022 there's no payment. After sending all the documents they require now they are not responding to my emails and calls. The last email they sent was on the 2 August 2022 saying they are waiting for Hollard to make the payment
Please note that my services are inactive. The guys who came to install for me yesterday broke a cable and they said they have logged a call for it. The maintenance guys will come and fix it. Did not receive a Ref number for the call the logged. They said the maintenance guys will fix it yesterday(15 June 2022) and they will give me a call till to day im waiting. Also tried to call your call center waited on the line for more than 10 minutes this morning. Received a ref number on the 19 June 2022. I called gain today 21 June 2022 still no luck the line is bad you cant hear the person on the other end, Wasted my airtime on that call. But this now is an inconvenience and poor service, i paid on the 30May2022 and in a few days I'll have to pay again and I have not utilized any services. was told to wait for 24- 48 hours now its been more than 72 hours no feedback nothing i am the one who must check the progress

Good day Im not happy about Nimble group they sent me a confirmation that the account in question prescribed. Now the come again trying to collect on the same account which has prescribed Account 5236223
Prescription letter Good Day Good Day I have an issue with the HTN Collections who is trying to collect a prescribed debt. The debt has prescribed and has not been acknowledged in the past 3 years. they sent a statement which clearly states that the payment on the account was last made on 02 April 2019. but they are refusing to close the account and provide a prescription letter, instead they try to make arrangements for the debt to be paid
