About a month ago i reported *****. Every time i follow up head office didnot receive the documents. How long does one have wait untill you get feadback?

Fee paying for credit balances
I tried to get my credit on my edgars account to pay back to me since i never agree to go over to rcs. The monthly fees from rcs on a account in a credit balance is dailight *******. Where in your life are one paying for a credit amount fees? Only at Rcs..

Not issuing duplicate Certificates
I requested a duplicate of my NQF 5 certificate which I had to Pay R600 to reissue on the 19 September 2023. But yet no certificate receive up to today. upon my student service requests i was informed that the printer is not working. How professional is this?

Easy and suficient
On time, courier was on time and goods is good quality. They update me during the process. I actually order again as soon as my 1st order was delivered.
