Miscommunication caused wasted trip; staff and agents gave conflicting information.

Their customer service process is a disaster. I spent R36 on a single call, only to be transferred between six different consultants. I was told that the person handling my case would call me back, I’m extremely disappointed. Imagine having unfair dismissal with such customers service
I bought fish hake about two hours ago. As I'm eating it now, I noticed it has a lot of bones inside. I'm concerned that if a customer buys it for their children, it could be dangerous, as eating fish with bones is risky even for adults. This is the first time I've experienced this issue at this store, and I'm quite disappointed.

I've been awaiting for my refund for nine days now There's no communication what's soo ever nothing, when I check on the app its been setting on refund Concluded for five days now . They send wrong school shoe size twice, I gave them two chances of giving me the correct( product) school shoe size, due to the trust an loyalty that I had to takealot.. Im soo disappointed, It's like they want me to give up on my money .i just want my money back please
I had Mr Price account for the past 8 years an I was a happy customer until I added 360 plan which I've canceled due to my affordability however I've paid for it for the past two months even when I've canceled it.
