Sun Vacation Club (Sun City Lefika) - worst customer service ever ! They don't reply to emails, unless it's sent mutliple times to mulitple people. Stay away - you better off, finding accomodation OUTSIDE Sun City and doing a day visit !
Makro online service is horrible ! I reported short delivery in March 2025, which still has not been resolved !
As a client of Payfast, I would expect a bare minimum service level. After logging into https://www.payfast.io it's not unreasonable to expect a contact us feature - but there is none, nice going Payfast. It's impossible to communicate with Discovery Bank via email (there is no email address for general enquiries) or via whatsapp (they don't have a number available). All communication must happened telephonically ! Hello - do they know that we're in 2025 AD, not BC ?!?!
Sent an email to support on 2/8/2024 with a number of problems. Support emailed back on 12/8/2024 apologizing for the delay, but NOT attending to any of the problems ?!
Unfortunately 1 star is way too high for Intec College - stay away !!! They should NOT be in the education space, as they themselves lack education, never mind service, communication, and all the facets required to run a business!
Vodapay Kwika seems cheap, but you get what you pay for: pathetic service ! Stay away, better of with a smaller company, with competent people who know how to communicate.

DO NOT order from Builder's online - they are clueless / incompetent / don't know their **** from their elbow ! Ordered and paid in March 2022 - despite numerous emails, still no delivery.
Very good service by technician, but why so long to activate the line ?
