I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Dent Tech Panelbeaters regarding unsatisfactory service and their failure to take responsibility for their work. My vehicle, a Volkswagen Polo (2024), was repaired by Dent Tech under an insurance claim. While the repairs were approved and completed, I have concerns regarding the quality of work and the lack of accountability from the service provider. Despite raising my concerns, Dent Tech has failed to adequately address the issues or take responsibility. This has caused significant inconvenience, especially considering that I have already paid a substantial excess amount of R32,700. I expect: A proper investigation into the quality of repairs conducted Accountability from Dent Tech Panelbeaters A resolution, which may include corrective repairs or appropriate compensation I have supporting documents, including repair records, insurance approval, and communication evidence, which can be provided upon request. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
Register a policy under my name without my approval, and I request the proof they cannot provide; they deducted the money from my bank account without my authorization in a form of debit order when i requested back pay they said it's not possible I believe they are the ****, because after i cancelled the policy I have receive the new agreement contact for today's date
I started my claim yesterday but within 24 hours my issue has been resolved and approved
Do not want to assist me in time I end up using my credit card to cover the cost and even when they give you the contact number you can not reach them my problems are not yet resolved
In time of loss you expecting them to assist you they being difficult and with out a clear information and you can not reach them when you call from the number they gave you
I have submitted the report on the 8 today there is no progress I am still waiting ting and they said it will take two months when I ask why they say it's managers review in the whole three months 😮
NB Car **** to me by registering the car for 2023 Modal but i was 2022 and when i continue promising That the car is new but on the contract its used its not end the they told me that I have 2 free service plan but with i got to VW there is no service plan Please assis
Good afternoon please assist I brought a WiFi router at Westoneria Ackermans in Gauteng and i lost my wallet along with my slip but I have everything and now the route just went off it's not working so I went back because I brought it around November when I went back to ask for assistance they said without the slip the warranty is finished I asked them to check with the bar code on the router but they refuse to help me please advise or help on this matter
