Worst insurance ever …I regret the day car track recommended them to me … rude stuff..zero investigation they just decline to pay n cancel your policy … u have to keep calling them because they will never inform you ..they did not even show up to pick up my car at the scene…If you want to suffer financially and emotional pick them as your insurer …u will be paying for them to be rude to you n leave u in debt …I am taking them to court.

Its been months since I have been waiting for them to approve my claim , now they are asking for my bank statement I dont understand why must I share my bank statement with them its not like we are applying for a loan or this is what they do when you claim but when they offer you the policy no one ask for your bank statement. No one comes back to me regarding my claim i have to be the one sending them emails nonstop. i wont recommend this insurance to anyone from this experience. Its very scary that you are paying to be treated like this.
