Good Day, I just need to get something off my chest. I had an AA Warrenty policy for mechanical cover and also one for Autu Body cover.I have used the body cover once with no problem.I have cancelled both these policies yesterday because; I am 74 yesrs young.I hzve been driving motor cars for over 50 years.I for one know when a clutch is on its last legs.You dont have to be a rocket scientist to realize that.I have purchased this vechile almost new.I have been driving this car for 6 years.The odometer is on 170000 km.So this clutch has given me goof service.I dont drive long distances anymore.I go to work and back and do some shopping here and there.My problem is that when i phoed the AA i was told i need to get a report as to why the clutch broke.That was the words.We need a report as to why the vlutch broke.This is yhe mist udiotic request yhat i had in my life.How do you get a report on why a clutch "broke".Is 170000 km not enougg rrport on clutch.How long does the AA thinks a clutch must last.Forever? I took my car in this mornong to have a new clutch fitted. I dont know who is going to give me a report on why my clutch broke.Yhe clutch gave in becsuse of wear.It did not "broke" How can you a stranger ,i dont care if he is the best mechanic in the world,how can such a person givr a report on a clutch as to why it broke.I would like to hear from the AA..This is not meant to bring you down but i just think that all is not ok.Thank you
Good day, I am warning people think twice before biying 1Voucher.About a week ago i purchased a 1Voucher from Shoprite Checkers.The vouxher is for R100. Thid voucher is not working.I ttied in on Lottoland, Sinbet, Yesplay, anf Betway.They all rejected this voucher.I phoned 1Voucher and they asked me for the seridl number.They told me that this voucher is active.Eith other words it is ready to be loaded.So it is zctive but everyone is rejecti g it.They ask me agsin for the serial number and iseny them a picture of the voucher.This is hihhly frustrating.Yhis is bad.So it has been a week anf ehay now.Why in heavrns name dont thry give me anothrr voucher or s refund.

nedbank needs to gear up on its customer care service.My wallet was ****** and i blocked my cards immeadiately anf app**** for new ones.I reslize this is festive season but that does not mean that the world must come to a standstill.Speciallly banks.You have millions of customers but you still have not worked out how to carr for your customers.I have had no comeback from nedbank concerning my cards.I phoned your customer care this morning and was told it will take another 5 working days.So in total i have waited 10 days with no boo or baa from you.I have zlso over this period had problems with notifications even before Xmas.I did send you an email about this and also received no reply.Yuor service is not improving in fact it getying worse by the day.The ATM at Stoneridge in Edenvale is more off than on.Customers complaints falls on deaf ears.You never bother to answer or respond to complaints on Hello Peter.Why.Is it maybe you realize the truth and have no answers.

I hear that the new owners of Multichoice has dropped prices on decoders fromm R699.00 to R299.00, but only till the end of December.You are falling around in the dark.Do you really think that this will bring all the thousands of South Afticans back.You are just as ******** as Multichoice.South Africans will never forgive you for all the years of being chested and subjected to endless repeats.The only way you will get them back is by dropping the price of premium by R600.00, then maybe you will start getting customers back.Good luck.
Hi, Lotyoland has one of thr worst spps i have ever vome acrosd.I have a Samsung phone in excellant working order and yhere is norhing wrong with my wifi.This is not the fiest time i complain about thus app.I have several spps on mt phone anf they all work perfectly.If i press submit iit submits,if i press go it goes,id i oress logout it logsout.Not lottoland app.You press submit 5o times a d nothing happens.When i ooen app ir shows lottoland then a 777 machine then a glass rhrn a smiling moon and so on it goes without entering spp.Iy is strange that whrn i complsin the following day the app works well, but after a couple of days it is bacj to the old tricks.This app is well put together but something is very erong and i csn ot understdnd ehy these oeople do not fix this spp.They cant be shott on money,so whzt is the problem.Please lottoland please fix your spp becauze it is not a joy to use it
Good day, This is an update to my last review about the company Fruugo.My views about them has ot changed.After receiving a e mail from them,a woman informed me that my order has been returned to the supplier because i have given them an incorrect address.I then went on Trustpilot and told them what i think of them.I do t think they like negative reviews about their company,because about a wek later my parcel that was returned to supplier suddenly made an appearance at my local post office! I also mentioned to them that we have Hello Peter and that there are 721 reviews on Hello Peter and i dont think they appreciated this.So if you have or gad a bad experience with Fruugo put your review on Hello Peter and on Trustpilot which is an i ternational platform and complain to the UK branch.Lastly an item that cost about R60 at the most ,I have paid R940.00 a d then another R42.00 at the post office.STAY AWAY from FRUUGO.
To all South Africans.Stay away from this company.They are dishonest and hsve zero integrity.They take your money and that is it. They delay delivery dates a couple of times.You at some stage cannot track your order,and when you do get hold of them and tell them order not received they go silent. A guu called David did contact me once and never again.A woman cslled Fayr zlso contacted me on e and fid not respond again.This company should be banned from doi g business in our counttry.They are ****s and have no integrity.
Good day, I am sorry to say that in my lifetime I have not come across a worst app than Lottoland..I have been playing thd app off snd on for a couple of years.Without over reacting it takes me about 40 minutes to place a bet.Nothinh works like clo work.When I press log in it does not go to log in,when I press other bets it does not go there,when I press deposit it does not go there.WHY IN HEAVEND NAME DO YOU NOT FIX YOUR APP.
