They phone you every day to try and sell you insurance for your decoder, it doesn't matter how many times you tell them you don't want insurance and they must stop phoning you, they still phone you EVERY. SINGLE. FREAKING. DAY!!! For the love of all things, PLEASE, PLEASE stop phone me! I. DO. NOT!!!! WANT. INSURANCE!!!!!!!!
I placed an order last week Tuesday, it was suppose to be delivered on Saturday but the delivery never showed up and now the order is no longer delivered and I haven't been refunded or anything.
They give all your contact and personal information to their million “partners” that then constantly phone you every day to sell you all types of insurance, life insurance, decoder insurance etc etc. I swear I get spam calls from DSTV partners several times a week, it’s gotten to the point where as soon as they mention DSTV I just hang up.
They promise "Guaranteed Same Day" shipping, but its not true because my order was not delivered in the same day as promise, in fact, it wont even be delivered the next day.
After I was late for an exam and was denied entry, they contacted me and resolved my issue, allowing me to take the supplementary exam in July. I really have to give credit where credit is due, I was really upset and not very friendly with the person who phoned me. But despite my rude attitude he still assisted me in a professional manner.
First my car wasn’t ready when I was told to be there to collect it, it was suppose to be ready at 4, at 4:45 they were still busy with the service, that they didn’t even finish. As a result, I was last for my first meeting with my new boss and I now have to take my car in again to be serviced at another Audi dealership. The service manager is the most apathetic and useless person I have ever met, this is a direct result of his bad attitude.
Their drivers dont have valid license, so they accept orders but then can't deliver them because they aren't allowed into estates. That makes it a huge waste of time and money because you can't get your order and you also cant get your money back until you go through the whole process.
There is only a very small window of time where you can cancel an order. If you contact them before that, then you they can't help, they tell you to contact them again during the small window of time when the order has arrived at their shipping facility, but has not yet gone out for delivery.
The parking payment machines never work and there is never anyone willing to help.
They never delivered my pnp asap order yesterday, I was unable to reach their support despite holding on for who knows how long and sending multiple emails. They now sent out the order the next day, but I dont need that stuff anymore, I already went to the shop to get it because I needed it last night, not today.
