I dropped off my watch on the 15th December 2025. It's been almost four months and I don't have it back yet. Every time I call the store they either day they will call me back (which they rarely do) or that my watch is still at the workshop in Cape town. That watch was a milestone birthday gift from a dear friend. It has sentimental value and I can't get a straight answer from Fossil Pavilion as to when I'll have it back. This is absolutely ridiculous!
Vodacom neglected to tell me my contract was coming to an end. I've been paying a month to month rate for 9 months. No communication. No call and they have the audacity to say that they don't have my contact number. Absolute nonsense.
I recently spoke with a young man who assisted me to decrease my premium by almost R600! It is a much needed win because the economy is so bad at the moment. I am so grateful. I've also claimed from them before and the process is literally pain free. No undue waiting or delays and the consultants are always so friendly and helpful!
Dotsure is probably one of the very few service providers who do exactly what they advertise. It is always a pleasure dealing with them. Every consultant that we've had contact with, has handled our claim effectively and efficiently. Well done to them for understanding exactly what good customer service is.
I recently became a Vodacom customer after having an extremely successful relationship with another service provider. My mistake. After debiting my account correctly the first month, they subsequently doubled my debit amount in the second month. After calling them 3 times - being promised call backs by two agents and having one agent tell me he would transfer my call but dropped the call instead - I am gatvol. I just want my refund! How difficult can this be????? Also, your chatbot is silly - I have a data sim. It sent a pin to the data sim which is in a router. How do I get the pin to verify who I am?????
I have been trying to get an appointment to renew my passport - obviously this is too big of an ask. No matter what date range I put in, there are no available slots. The system does not work. Why do you make me pay before actually booking a slot???? We should be allowed to book and then pay.
