They change our debit order dates as they please. When i call to complain about the issue they all hang up my calls. If you're still comparing, please stay away from Royal Funerals, go for your other option.
Car track is still debiting my account double! They dont even respond to my emails anymore. Decided to call, spoke to Sibongile lady, and she just cut my call and passed me to customer care department.
Flexicare is denying me my clicks cashback. They give it to you, then later stop. If you don't fight you will never get your cash back. I am still asking for my february cash back. I am writing emails weekly and all they keep saying is that they're looking into it. They did the same thing back in 2023 for a year i didnt get my cash back
They are denying me my statement. I dont know what that means. 3 times i have requested for it, all i got from last email beginning of April was that I dont know owe. But how much credit they have on me they dont want to share

These people are ****mers. I have been sending emails for over a year asking to change my trauma benefit from plus to max. They have been denying me that. And out of nowhere on the 3rd of March 2026 i receive an email to say my trauma benefit has been changed to max. And then all of a sudden I owe them premium of the trauma max starting from January 2026. How does that make any sense??????/ when did they agree on that with me? what if i even changed my mind on wanting their trauma max after they took a year to agree to change it. Now they suspended my account because i said i wont pay that trauma benefit debt from January till they change it to the date they send me an email saying the benefit has been implemented. I received the email on the 3rd of March, and which I am will to pay the benefit from that date. If you find something better elsewhere please take it, stay away from FLEXICARE! A WASTE OF 3YEARS OF MEDICAL INSURANCE
3weeks in the learning program, and we're struggling to access our study material. Lecture keeps escalating the matter but we're still not being assisted. They have a landline to call the technical team that are also doing nothing about the matter

AT THIS POINT I AM HAVING FIGHTS WITH RAIN ON A WEEKLY BASIS. ONE ISSUE IS SOLVED, ANOTHER ONE STARTS. I REQUESTED SIM SWAP FROM RAIN ON SATURDAY, THEY SAID 3-5 DAYS. TODAY I RECEIVE AN EMAIL SAYING THEY CANT GET HOLD OF ME. WHEN I GO ON THE WEBSITE TO "ASK RAIN" I AM TOLD I DIDNT REQUEST ANY SIM SWAP AND THAT I SHOULD GO TO THE NEAREST STORE TO DO THE SIM SWAP. SINCE WHEN DO WE DO THAT??? AND WHAT EMAIL DID I JUST RECEIVE IF THEY DONT DO SIM SWAPS.
Rain is full of nonsense! my account was due for r589 on the 1st, on the 2nd i did a promise to pay with r50, and on the 3rd i paid the remaining balance. My internet is not working, they're telling me i am owing them r539. when i ask what happened to the one i paid on the 3rd they said its subscription credit but my promise to pay is still outstanding. when i ask them to take the credit and pay the balance of the promise to pay they tell me they cant do that. how does this make sense? why would i have credit and still be owing at the same time?
