The Crowthorne branch did not open as per their advertised time and then when I knocked on the door they ignored me, after some knocking one guy came and told me to ****** off. This all while I have my four year old twins with me. I have a schedule to stick to and if I am late because of Motherlands incompetence, I will go somewhere else. Avoid this place if you want your mornings to start with a cup of coffee.
It is now more than two months ago when I bought a fridge from Makro that was faulty. They said they will replace it but I still have received no feedback since last month when Defy went out to look at the fridge. How is service like this possible?
I ordered a present on 10/02/2020 to be delivered on Wednesday last week 12/02/2020. Then everything was confirmed as I even spoke to one of the helpdesk people that confirmed this and also confirmed the service provider has the package and will be delivered on 12/02/2020. On Thursday 13/02/2020 it was still not delivered, someone from Netflorist called me and I said they need to cancel the order and have the manager call me. Then on Friday 14/02/2020 the gift was delivered and we have been on holiday already. So I had to buy a new gift because Netflorist failed once again. Your website says 100% guaranteed satisfaction. But the service delivered by Netflorist is shocking!
Going to Clicks on two occasions I had this great experience where my hands were full of shopping as I forgot to take a basket. Then a shop representative would approach me with a shopping basket. Service with a smile. Thank you team at Bluehills shopping center.
I have been to Checkers Kyalami corner a few times and every time there is either a very rude manager or a blatant sour person behind the till. The once I asked three people including the manager for the healthy meal options Checkers advertise and I was looked at like I was speaking spanish. Every time I left it including the time when the customer in front of me was so angry but all of the sudden there is no manager. Today I went to buy chicken breast pieces. Not one single piece of chicken on those massive fridges! Just a hand full of crumbed chicken pieces. I took photos as well . I ask one of the butcher personnel I would like chicken, he calls another person, that person goes to another person just to come and tell me they are out of stock! Out of stock of chicken? Nothing! No drumsticks, wings, full chicken, nothing! Who is the manager that orders stock? That person should be fired! I left my whole trolley and went elsewhere. How ridiculous is that’s?
Our fibre has been offline since 01/01/2018. The person at the telkom call centre said we should take in our modem to the closest telkom store. I have been to Kyalami corner where they said I need to go to Mall of Africa. There the guy said I should come back the next day then the technician can test my modem. Got there the next day, long story short, the manager at Mall of Africa is as rude as can be, the one service consultant gives me attitude. Then the manager said that the modem installed by Telkom they don’t supportor service or keep on site, but they get those problems now and then. So he couldn’t even book in the modem. Then I was told a technician will come to our house yesterday or definitely this morning. I still have not received any help. I am so fed up with Telkom. Your service is pathetic and your staff is not correctly trained. What do we pay for? I send messages on messanger then you get a reply and then nothing, how do you guys run a company?
I have sent Mica Eastgate an email almost a month ago and still haven't received feedback regarding the bad service. Here is the email I have sent: Good day, I have been to the Eastgate shop many times because it is close to work and one of the biggest Mica I have ever seen. When I first walked in there I was so impressed at the sheer size of the shop. But that quickly turned into the worst experiences of all times. The problem is with the floor staff. There are so many of them and not once I have been there did anyone ask if they can assist me. I walked around looking for something every single time and no one offers to help. Then I ask for assistance and I have received the following reactions over the past few months: The person would either direct me into the direction it might be with a very bad attitude and keep on talking with a colleague or they have no clue as to what I am looking for and just point me into directions and have me running around the whole store. I was looking for Kettle descaler the other day. The person had no idea what I was talking about and just rushed me off to the home department. Told me I must ask someone there. Then I bought myself a sandwich from the deli shop in Mica yesterday. First of all the staff was at the back in the kitchen area busy eating, no one at the front counter. Waiting for a few moments the lady came out still busy chewing and with her hands full of food. I asked her for the chicken mayo sandwich and she first licked her fingers off, no wait rather say she sucked her fingers off as she had her whole finger down in her mouth. Then she took out the sandwich with that same hand and handed it to me still chewing. And there was no friendliness of any sort. I couldn't eat that sandwich and threw it away. I am very disappointed in the service I have been receiving at your store.
I have sent an email to ABSA bank on 18/03/2016 instructing them to please close my account and transfer the funds to a different account. Now three weeks later I have received no feedback, I just received emails three weeks ago stating they sent the request to the relevant department but no feedback as yet. And in the mean time they even deducted the monthly fee because they took so long to close the account which is still open.<br> I am not impressed.
I bought several watches from Fossil over the years, but one particular one started losing time and the leather strap came lose. I gave it in for repairs at Woodmead Fossil on 17/01/2016 as it is still under warranty and the lady confirmed a repair time of 3 to 6 weeks. It is now 7 weeks and no call nothing. I called Woodmead, they referred me to Cape Town Fossil and the number just ring and when put through you just end up at the first menu again. This is terrible service from a place that supposedly sell good quality goods.<br> <br> I am really not happy at all about the service rendered.<br>
