Mica Dromex boots
Bought a dromex boots only lasted 3 months. PHONED MICA they need proof of purchase originsl copy not sure why yet i have proof on bank statement i purchased the boot. Im very disapointed a builders warehouse provides digital receipts yet mica did not and asks for original proof of purchase yet i have proof. Dromex boots poor quality broke up in 3months. Extremely poor service from mica ballito. Very dissapointed.

Bad service from Amper Alles Mica Rayton
I've ordered Ryobi part from last Thursday and paid for the parts and asked them when they can have the part available. I spoke to Christiaan from Rayton branch and he told me the part will be available on Tuesday this week. I've contacted him on Wednesday and again today to find out if the parts have arrived. Every time he tell me he would contact the delivery company and will get back to me. Until now he has not confirmed a time for the delivery yet. If I knew they cannot get the parts on time, I would have used a different branch.

Bad service from Amper Alles Mica Rayton

Mica doornkloof
I phoned mica hardware doornkloof mall In regards to gasket maker to find out if they have stock and the person on the phone said they have nothing so I had to walk there just to find out that they do have stock im not very happy

Woodlands Mica
Mica Hardware in Claremont, known as Woodlands Mica is the worst company to try to return anything to. They're very eager to take your money but will use any and all excuses to take something back. Even if their label is on the item, and the item is unopened, as soon as its paid for, you're stuck with it.

Woodlands Mica
Mica Hardware in Claremont, known as Woodlands Mica is the worst company to try to return anything to. They're very eager to take your money but will use any and all excuses to take something back. Even if their label is on the item, and the item is unopened, as soon as its paid for, you're stuck with it.

Allowing ****mers to use Mica Hardware cars on Facebook as a competition
I just wanted to find out why Mica Hardware does nothing to stop ****mers who through the past few years, keep on putting posts on Facebook that you can win cars through them. Unsuspecting FB users give information which is then apparently used by these ****mers for unknown but undoubtedly, sinister means. Surely there is a way to trace and stop them?

Mica Signet with the best employee ever Memo
On Wednesday I went to Mica with my elderly mom. When we got there i needed a lot of help with everything in my head that I only new how to describe but did not no the names and some functions. I was assisted by a guy called Memo. The patience level of this guy was fernominal, his professionalism was out of this world. I kept giving hints and he had to make sense. We were walking around the store with the slowest pace ever coz my mom walks slow and he maintained the pace we did not have to run after him. I kept asking for things and after getting it asked him how to use it because my DIY did not have clear instructions. Memo was my sales man/advisor and tour guide and he excelled in all levels. I got the best service ever from Mica Signet and I got it from a guy called Memo. Funny thing is when I got home I told my husband about him and he described him exactly as Memo and said the guy u talking about is definitely him. Big up Memo keep up the good work

Inco Tools
So they sell Inco Battery Tools but do not keep any stock for these tools. Like grinding disks or cutting blades etc. They do not have any inside knowledge of the product. Please Inco. You promoted your product at Mica but it became just a item on the shelf. Withdraw it rather because that will cause them losing money.
