Bought a dromex boots only lasted 3 months. PHONED MICA they need proof of purchase originsl copy not sure why yet i have proof on bank statement i purchased the boot. Im very disapointed a builders warehouse provides digital receipts yet mica did not and asks for original proof of purchase yet i have proof. Dromex boots poor quality broke up in 3months. Extremely poor service from mica ballito. Very dissapointed.
I have all my installation done from zoom previously signed with flex on the 9thor 10th was error could not pay tried communication with zoom on watsapp as theres no call centre to assist over 100 watsapps back and forth no solution absolutely pathetic service called fibre tel and independent company affiliated to zoom to assist the sorted payment out. Payed zoom for openserve flex boom theres an activation error got an openserve technician to assist as he was sorting out fibre next door boom he sorts it out in 5minutes loss of signal yet I contact them on watsapp they waiting for activation to sort it out. Took my neighbour on openserve not even 1day turnaround time yet takes zoom 5days to respond pathetic. Last month since I already paid never again deal with zoom They dont have care for customers its about money but your reputation depends on your aftersales service. Take care of your customers they'll take care of your company but theres no dam care attitude.
I have signed up over 20 customers on the ambasador programme I spoke to customers and in regular contact. I did all the hardwork but when it came to paying commission I got nothing. I know for a fact customers signed up with isps after 30 days try before you buy but ambasadors got nothing. Openserve eezibucks should fire *********** staff who are actually de*****ing ambassador
Got a refund from ebay on my virtual card didnot recipe it . phone fnb going to different departments all cannot assist. Worst banking experience. Thinking of leaving fnb i mean the service is terrible from premier banking to 3d online secure all terrible service
Mweb is worst isp cannot get through chat or phonecalls paying for 30mb line but only getting 15mb line speed. this is ***** and mweb and zoom needs to be investigated for pice fixing also.
Bought a torque wrench from Jamie's Midas Hillfox . Has Lifetime guarentee took it to Midas stanger as I'm in another province now They refuse to assist to send it for repairs as they say they they another franchise. That's pathetic customer service and not acceptable as they bringing the Midas brand down. When we buy from stores like Midas we expect customer service thats why we go to shops like Midas.
Bought a television @black friday specials was not informed credit card will accrue intrest charges and ordered 3rd December still not delivered 21st December . Think Hirchs have gone to manufacture the tv thats how bad the service is whilst amazon and takealot deliver with 2days. EBucks need to step up or don't provide services they can't deliver on.R450 delivery charges is ridiculous when most companies are free if you purchase above an amount.
Ordered an airconditioner on 01/12/2024 order processed payment confirmed stock available was to be delivered Thursday 05/12/24. Today 07/12/24 they saying no stock will process refund absolutely pathetic service. If I knew was no stock would have bought it from takealot or Amazon or ac direct or direct from alliance @ black friday price. This paramount to de*****ing customers as I would have got it at a better price during black friday. how can you advertise and process payment yet there's no stock. After 7 days you decide after emails and phoning makro online and the shops they decide to cancell order. The least the could have done is give another brand at same price. NOW the same aircon is advertised for normal price yet they said no stock. Will never purchase from makro online or makro ever again plus I will put it on all social media platforms you can rob 1 customer but you will lose 100s
worst isp takes hours to get through an agent whose *********** and then drops the call. This isp has been the worst I've dealt with so far. Please don't sign with mweb sign with isp that values you as a customer
extremely poor customer service from mweb rather go with mweb they really dropped the ball with customer service .they blame zoom zoom blames them back and forth
