Refunded Recived thanks to Morategi Lechelele
My journey with Home Connect has been long and Frustrating, Banele helped me login a refund, and when there was a delay Morategi Lechelele contacted me and promised to work on my refund, and two weeks later after 2 months of waiting I received my refund, Morategi Lechelele called me almost daily to give updates and put my mind at ease, she is really amazing and gave me hope when I honestly felt like there wouldn't be any positive outcome. Oh I am still without wifi and the consultants are trying to help but VUMA has not sent out a tech to help me and I am going to cancel their services because honestly this is veryyyyyyy bad!!

Carpet cleaning
They were very professional and communicated effectively which I loved, so my carpets are nice clean, one was in a bad state they made it look good. I am really happy thank you guys
