My experience with Rain sales support team was incredible
My experience with Rain sales support team was incredible. They were able to kindly answer my questions and provide me with accurate information about the internet package I wanted for my house. Excellent customer service support 😀 I highly recommend this service to all my friends. Everything was so quick.

I phoned rain before I had bad experience with the person who picked up the phone including the supervisor up until today she still getting back to me, since 3 months ago
I phoned rain before I had bad experience with the person who picked up the phone including the supervisor up until today she still getting back to me, since 3 months ago. But today it was a different experience with the lady called Faith Mkroni she knows her job well and I was happy with her customer service, as customers we need such people like faith, she straight forward no time wasting and quick on point, I can't stop smiling she made my day thanks Faith.

I phoned rain before I had bad experience with the person who picked up the phone including the supervisor up until today she still getting back to me, since 3 months ago. But today it was a different experience with the lady called Faith Mkroni she knows her job well and I was happy with her customer service, as customers we need such people like faith, she straight forward no time wasting and quick on point, I can't stop smiling she made my day thanks Faith.

Beware Online company THESALES in Mayfair
I ordered an Ice Crusher from this company. It was duly delivered, to my door.When I tried it out it did not work, it was faulty. I spoke to the company and they said to return goods complete with the package and we will refund. It was left to me to either find a courier or drive from Centurion to Mayfair to get my money back, On the very few occasions I have had problems with online shopping They sent a driver to pick up goods and had a replacement sent to me after examination. Not so with this little online company. So I wish to warn other prospective customers to be very wary.
