I just got ****med out of R995 by Dirty Leather. I placed an online order the end of January 2025. When I followed up on my order two weeks later, I was told that the person who needs to make the leather bag is on leave. When I eventually cancelled my order, I was continuously promised that the refund will be processed. Today, they are permanently closed. No delivery. No refund. No money. Shocking!
After waiting several weeks for Openserve to activate the line, we received the following reply: “our aerial cable is full. infrastructure and customer request has been listed but is outside our build program for this financial year.“ My advice to other customers: find an alternative solution, don’t rely on Openserve, you will only be disappointed.
Today, I will join the 87% of reviewers (to date) who have given Openserve a 1-star rating. Openserve continues to disappoint their customers. After 6 weeks and numerous emails, they are yet to activate our Openserve line so that we can enjoy the benefit of fibre. They have no telephone number for a Call Centre and deals with their customers only via email, which has proven to be ineffective (they simply ignore your emails). We are now investigating other plug-and-play options and I hope more customers would opt for that solution, instead of supporting a business who doesn't deliver and has zero customer centricity.
New two-step account verification process doesn't work. I am still waiting for their Support team to contact me to assist and in the meantime, I cannot access my tickets.

I have a parcel sent to me from the US and it has been sitting at JIMC C Air Priority Mail Parcels for almost a month. No one is answering their phones and the national call center can provide no additional information. Is it even possible for service levels to be this poor? It's very disappointing.

I placed my first order with Cell Time this week. The service was efficient and quick, no hassles. I received regular updates, a message from the owner (which was a nice personal touch) and my order was delivered within two days. I look forward to purchasing more products from Cell Time.
