It is now more than 3 months and still my order not delivered. I requested a refund but that is also not done even after numerous promises. Please do not buy from these people you will not get your order.

My order which was placed on the 28th January 2026, has not been delivered. They updates change every week, it was 1st the delayed Curier, 2nd System issues,3rd the order itself has factory faults. All the updates I'm getting when I follow or I Get no response at all

I am sorry that I have to give Dirty Leather a bad review. I have bought 3 handbags, 1 purse and a laptop bag from them. I was very happy with the first 4 items I bought from them, but something has gone awry. I ordered a handbag at the end of July for my sister who was due to visit me in November from Australia. I received the bag after my sister's arrival in mid November, and it wasn't the bag that I ordered, although it was very nice. I think I only actually received the bag because I nagged and begged and didn't stop messaging and phoning them. Unfortunately, they seem to have a supply problem, which is unfortunate. I wouldn't recommend buying from them as it is not guaranteed that you will receive the order or whether you will get what you ordered.

They have not delivered the product that was purchased on 14 October 2025. After several emails they keep saying that they will issue a waybill but 2 weeks later and more inquiries, their story stays the same - no product, no shipment.

On 12 August 2025, I placed an order for a laptop bag with Dirty Leather. On 26 August, two weeks later, I followed up via WhatsApp and was informed that my order had been received. Since then, I have not received any updates regarding the status or dispatch of my order. I have attempted to contact the supplier multiple times via WhatsApp, email, and their landline, but unfortunately, there has been no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has caused me significant concern about the order. I kindly request that Dirty Leather provide an immediate update on my order, including the expected delivery timeline. If the order has already been dispatched, I expect tracking details to be shared. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly to avoid further escalation. Worst company ever. I have ordered a bag from them since May 2025, until today, I haven’t receive the bag. Countless times I was promised that tomorrow we will send it . I have also requested to be refunded my money, all in vain. Do not buy from them.
