They have not delivered the product that was purchased on 14 October 2025. After several emails they keep saying that they will issue a waybill but 2 weeks later and more inquiries, their story stays the same - no product, no shipment.
We had a hiccup with our pool heat pump and phoned for help. The service guys appeared a few days later and sorted it. It was finger trouble! The service guy was very chatty and friendly and explained where fingers were supposed to go!
Wanted a repair to a Trojan exercise bike. They said yes, but I had to pay the call-out fee first. I paid and within an hour Sipho Chinga phones to say that they don't have spares for model. that I have wanted repaired I asked for a refund. That was 5 weeks ago. Three follow-up emails and they don't reply to any. Still no refund. Why take the money if you know that you can't repair it? This is a ***** & a ****. These are ******.
I had researched solar systems and decided on Victron as a brand. I came across one of their approved installers, V.E Energy, run by Viedor Edwards. From an initial idea of emergency use only, I decided to go big and cover the entire electrical needs of our swim school. Viedor's advice was always understated - not pushy and not out "to make the sale". His installation work was top quality and he was willing to come out and look at other aspects of integrating our electrical equipment. We have added more kit, the system is such a revelation in how much power one can extract from the sun. If you are thinking about a solar set-up for home or business, Viedor comes very highly recommended.
Like most people, I assumed people's comments here to be over-reactions of some kind. Fruugo have done a dirty on my order of 5 Aug 2019. They have gone dark - no way to contact them, no email invoice - just an sms promise after placing the order. Money has been snatched - no goods delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE fraudsters
We had our Land Rover Discovery 3 re-sprayed to give it a new look after years of bush-road punishment. Barry and Anton were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The finished paint job was stunning. Highly recommend Greenstone Autobody to anyone that wants a quality paint job done with no hassle. (Jan 2019)
We had a roof leak on a shallow sloped tile roof which had been attended to a few years ago. (Say 4yrs ago). We weren't happy with the proposed solution in Jan 2019 so we asked for senior management attention. Stanley came out with his people to have a look. He was very passionate about his business and very decisive. A new solution was adopted and his A-Team were sent to take on the task. The job was done with great attention to detail and finished off like a pro. We have since had three storms - hail, wind and torrents of rain. The new roof section has stood up well - no sign of leaks or stress. Thank you Stanley.

I have a Garmin Nuvi. Each time I use the device I threaten to destroy it. It is over-rated. It cannot plot a trip via routes / towns of my choice. It cannot find addresses that have been in existence for over 100 years in Jhb. The logic to find an address is back to front.

Tracks for Africa is just as bad. It could not find a route back from Mozambique yet the road was in daily use. Even while we were driving on it it thought that we were in the bush.

I always resort to google.

Buyer beware - Garmin & Tracks is a waste of money - switch on data and use your phone.

Air suspension fault on Disco 3. Dealer wanted to renew the compressore - R20k. Independant workshop wanted to do R60k repairs - but not on air system. Found a reference to Gremeltech air suspensions systems in Cape Town. Couriered my suspension compressor to Wayne - had it back in 2 days - looking like new. They fitted a new drier cover (hairline crack on it causing leak - I spotted that so I knew that they had it sorted) and they fitted 2x new air hose couplings for me.

If you have Land Rover air suspension problems call Gremeltech first:- +27 21 ********** .

Thank you Wayne!

At 11am we were at the above gym. My wife wanted to share a cable machine that was being used as a chair while the person occupied themselves on their phone. She asked him if she could alternate with him. Just a sullen stare as an answer. She waited there, leaning against the frame, for over 7 minutes and asked again if she could alternate on the machine. No answer. He's engrossed in a phone conversation - still seated on the machine.

My wife looked for a floor supervisor - no one to be found. The other similar machines were being utilized for gym exercise.

She came and told me.

I asked the guy if we could alternate please, since he's on the phone. Just a sullen stare. Then I changed the pin for the weight and took the bar. He launched into a tirade. I'm sure that the thinkers out there will know the jist of the tirade. I handed my wife the bar and she got to use the machine.

Poor gym management, no courtesy nor manners. It seems to be a culture that has afflicted
Virgin Active over the years. This culture starts from the very top - I've witnessed the arrogance of the CEO before in another member's matter to him.
