Plush Douglas sneakie the spider (very happy) review
Wow! I’m a plush animal collector and always looking for a good place to find plush , I’m a fan of Douglas specifically , and despite my love for the fluffy side of life I also study spiders as a hobby , so imagine my joy when I found a beautiful plush spider on Nifty gifts! I just love it ! It’s the best spider I’ve seen so far ! Would definitely recommend for fellow plush collectors and just in general! Great service, fast shipping, well packaged. Will definitely buy from here again!

Got indoor soft slippers. Couldn't find them anywhere in store. Good price and shipping is fantastic. It was shipped the next day.

Poor payment method @Nifty Gifts
I tried to purchase something but could not simply pay with my credit card and abandoned the transaction. I received an email asking why I abandoned the purchase, so I told them that they have a pathetic payment system as I could not simply pay with my credit card. I then received an email response from Peter, a co-finder telling me that I was rude and, 'If you can’t figure these out then you must shop elsewhere.' now that is what I call rude. He could have simply asked - how he could we assist you with the payment. No wonder the question from Nifty Gifts 'Each week we get hundreds of orders and even more abandoned carts. I would love to find out more about what stopped your buying journey and how we can improve things in the future. If you can spare a moment to give me some feedback then go ahead and just hit reply to this email.' Which I did and I answered the question asked, and yes, with frustration and nothing bought.

Best December online experience
I just want to say that I am WOWed by the products and services. I received my package minutes ago, and the items were exactly as I pictured them and exactly what I wanted. In addition, this was delivered a day after placing my order - now that is what I call speedy delivery! Well done to the whole team - from product selection to dispatch. This was a great experience.

Bought items twice from this company that is based in Cape Town and received it in record time. I'm in Johannesburg. They are prompt with online email queries and are keen to fix customer problems. I received a discount on my second order when one of the gifts were damaged in transit in my first order. It rare to find good customer service in South Africa nowadays, so I highly recommend this online store.

Amazing experience. I ordered at 4 the afternoon and the package arrived by 9am the next day. Super fast. And the goods came in a very creative box. And the goodies inside was amazing, all packaged well and very very good quality. Love it!
