Update to my prior review, based on a further order. We did not get exactly what was featured in the advertising of the hamper we ordered. Expensive nougat substituted with cheap peanuts & the condolences label featured with the ribbon, not provided. I give a 3-star review now (& not 1 or 2) because Netflorist redeemed themselves by sending a complimentary replacement. We had spent a lot of money with them in this last week & the overall experience not great as detailed in my last review on the first two orders. Therefore, I cannot give a 4- or 5-star rating even though they redeemed themselves on this order.
Plants delivered beautiful & what we ordered & telephonic delivery request adhered to in the end, but after much struggle, I deduct 2 starts: (a) website not user friendly, it doesn't allow special delivery notes; ONE order, but charged delivery fee per item, for ONE delivery & confirmation of delivery emailed, ref number doesn't match order number, with no detail in email to confirm exact order delivered. (b) call centre frustrating, had to phone 4 x to speak to someone re challenging delivery times/dates: 1st call my mom spoke to someone who was not helpful because ''she didn't place the order'' but phoned on my behalf as I was busy at work, then I called but it dropped while talking, 3rd call dropped on first ring . On 4th attempt, lady helpful & tried to assist but still could not guarantee delivery by a certain time. If a customer says they won't be home, & provides a time when they will be home, Netflorist should be willing to adhere, otherwise Netflorist have to keep trying until delivered instead of just delivering when customer requests. The only assurance we were given, is drivers supposed to phone recipient 10 minutes before they arrive, but it's not a solution, plants/flowers then sit in the back of the van & are schlepped around, if delivery attempts fail as 10 minutes not enough advance notice to schedule/confirm a delivery. Netflorist need to shape up their service considering the ludicrous prices charged for their items, service should be spectacular on all fronts!
Useless! Would rate zero if I could. They advertise products in stock, even list the number of items, same supplier, yet when you order, a day later, they cancel due to ''no stock'' yet 3 days later, that same item from same supplier still shows a number of that item in stock. I was warned against using Fruugo, but wanted to give them a try, will never use them again! You can get better competitively same items on Amazon and other sites.
Bought 2 x Max Verstappen figurines as a gift, got exactly what was advertised, Technomobi were the best price on these figurines. They came wrapped with a ribbon and what looks like a hand-written thank you note from Tehcnomobi, a nice touch. Package received within 2 days and well packaged, product display cases intact after shipping. Great service won't hesitate to purchase from them in future.
Shocking service, or no service actually. Item ordered advertised as pre assembled, but delivered in flat pack box, Call center had several agents and me collectively all trying to reach Makro Centurion to try to resolve the problem, but Makro Centurion don't answer their phones. Item returned now I must wait 14 working days to get refunded for their mistake and lack of customer service save for the poor drivers who tried to help, which is not their job. Never again will I shop at Makro.

Excellent service and turnaround time. Within an hour of placing my order The Courier Guy collected my order and I received it the next day. Got the exact shoes I ordered and highly recommend Perocili Shoes.
I was very happy with their turnaround time and how they processed a return on 2 items that didn't fit (Hush Puppy I've since learned are slightly smaller than the norm). The return took about 10 days from return log date to store credit, but they did have a warning this will happen during peak season. Overall, happy with the service, products and turnaround time considering Black Friday on top of Christmas shopping for all.
Very happy with my online purchase and service received. My only suggestion is online platform and orders should have a tracking system. But on phoning Silver Lakes branch, they were very helpful keeping my online order on track.
Great furniture at good prices! Excellent service. Highly recommend (I worked with Silverlakes showroom, very happy).
