I returned my vehicle last Wednesday (collected from OR Tambo), and I called today to find out that actually my refund has not been processed and will be escalated tomorrow. It is upsetting that Avis Montana (where I returned the vehicle) received the vehicle last Wednesday but has not processed my refund. Please take further action so I can receive my money back, it has been more than a week and I still haven't received it. My other crime is that I have a Hotel Express membership/discount so that does not sit well with Avis Montana.
Money was held by Avis Car Rental, and it was released 8 days ago. I received an ABSA SMS 2 days ago stating that the refund will be credited to my bank account. Until now you have not released my funds. Kindly rectify this as I need that money ASAP.
I deposited money into my new Business Bank Account and they subtracted R150, yet they state the monthly fee is R50. They cannot explain where my money went. How am I supposed to trust you with large amounts when you’re doing this?
I’m excited to start my new journey with my Nedbank Business Account, but I haven’t received any communication regarding my card, and their Money App is so outdated and not user-friendly (especially for youth)… I need guidance on how to make my account attractive for Financing etc…
I still haven’t received a Paid Up letter and my new application was declined, I attached both my Capitec and Discovery Bank statements as I moved banks. I believe I qualify for a new loan based on an increase in income compared to when I last app****.
I was met by rude @Makro_SA staff members at the Wonderboom PickUp Point. I greeted Mabena who then responded rudely “it’s 18:00 sisters”. He embarrassed me in front of another customer and a Tumelo who is a Bheki Security Services employee, her facial expressions were disgusting
In less than 3 weeks, they will hand you over. After making full payment and sending Proof of Payment via email at 02:00, there has still not been any response regarding my paid up letter and nothing sent to Credit bureau. I spent the whole 2025 chasing after them to declare my previous loan to be paid up and update my Credit Bureau. This is not how you treat your clients

I paid my loan via Settlement discount end of January 2025, I sent an email to ask if I can apply for another loan and still no response
Close my account immediately, you **** to me and said I will get my bank statements the next morning after I was charged R60, your agent said she changed it to monthly... I want my statements now!!!
