Today I've had the worst experience with Cross border road traffic agency here in Centurion I've submitted 4x permits on the 14th November 23 that I needed urgently as we have vehicles that needed to go deliver accross Zambia and Mozambique and on the 16th November 23 I submitted 3 more permits that needed to go to Swazi land but the money that reflected was for the 14th so I expected the four permits then she printed the one done on the 16th so I ask why did they not print the oldest one she tells me that's not her fault she prints what's ever appears on the system with a attitude and tell me that I'll see myself out as this is not her problem I then asked that I've got prof of payment for the others done this morning can they not print with that she still gave me an attitude says that did I even hear what she said, it's not her problem. she made my experience with the agancy to be the worst experience ever as the vehicle can not leave tonight because of this. I don't know how companies manage to keep people like Prudence Skosana in their business, at this point I am trying to find another agancy that can help.
She was a very good help as she assisted me in all that I needed done.
Everything is smooth and I requested for them to call me back it only took 5 minutes and on vehicle insurance they quoted my fiance and my friend the best quotes.
Hi I bought a vw 2003 jetta 4 2.0 automatic highline on auction and on advertising the car had a radio but when I bought the car I was told that the radio was stolen. I then asked how will they help me out the sales man by the name Farhaan said there is nothing he can do and he referred me to his manager who also advised that there is nothing he can do to help me I then asked if maybe can't they cut down the price so I can get myself a radio and he said no... They then said that I should come get it on Monday they will buy one and I asked that should I drive 89km to come get the radio he said it's up to me. On Monday I called Farhaan who said he was not at work I should call him on Tuesday. I called him on Tuesday and he said that he was with a customer I should wait. Till today I am still not happy with the service I got from webuycars silver lake from Farhaan and his manager as I was so disappointed and inconvenienced.
My experience with mondo was 100% Avinash helped me and Im grateful...
