Worst security company
Worst security company around, last year for 5 months my alarm was faulty and called them to come fix it, they never showed up, I was paying for an alarm that wasn’t working. And now I’ve cancelled the and they want me to pay R2000 some change, I refuse to. If anyone knows a good adjudicator I need one. This company is a **** and are taking people for a ride.2 replies

Their consultants are rude, they never get back to you. Budget insurance is a scam and a fraud
Worst insurance on the country. They refuse to process my claim and they won’t take my calls especially the agent I was assigned which is Peggy Bapela extension number 17927. If anyone can help me please do, I’ve been requesting all the call recordings I’ve had with them they won’t give them to me I don’t know what to do. I’ve been paying my premiums accordingly and now they treat me like I don’t exist. I have proof of all the emails I’ve been sending them.4 replies
