Worst **** ever, whatever you see online about the product is false advertising, then they call and say you must pay to return the product to them. Do not buy from them, save your money and sanity

On the 15 March 2025 i purchased a mattress and base plus another mattress. On the 16 August i informed Metro that the base had broken, after many messages backwards and forward between myself and Willingness Ndlouv and me requesting a refund, i was told that the Double Delta base would only be replaced as per manufacturer, I explained that its manufacturing fault and it will break again. Last night i climbed into bed and heard a crack and again the new base has broken in exactly the same place. As a 85 kg 60-year-old lady i don't appreciate having to sleep on a mattress on my floor especially as i have a heart condition. I have sent another what's app to willingness but as per the last time i can guarantee i will be given the run around. Service is diabolical, What a waste of money. Can i please have some response from someone regarding this. My number is 0845117996.

Dont ever buy from Metro Lifestyle Centurion Online, you get the wrong size. Then you promise to send the right stuff... You receive calls that the uber driver is minutes away.... you explain more than A day that you are only at work till 12, never to get the right order. Hours online... 100's of calls and then a 52km drive to the store returning the wrong stuff

Dont ever buy from Metro Lifestyle Centurion Online, you get the wrong size. Then you promise to send the right stuff... DO NOT make any purchases on their online store. this company operates on *****ulent basis. They do not have the stock at hand, they do not notify you of such , you as the customer have to follow up and then they give weak excuse giving false reason that 'their online representative has left the past week' . They then want to offer you an alternative inferior product. When yiu demand a refund they demand you give them sensitive private information such as a copy of your ID, credit card details and/ or banking details. When I demanded such instruction to be received from their official accounts department they said my email is bouncing back! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT make any purchases on their online store. this company operates on *****ulent basis. They do not have the stock at hand, they do not notify you of such , you as the customer have to follow up and then they give weak excuse giving false reason that 'their online representative has left the past week' . They then want to offer you an alternative inferior product. I went to metro to have curtains altered and installed. The day agreed on for installation was the 29th of April, no one came, no one called. The next day I was told that they were coming. I called to find out what time they would be coming, the lady that answered the phone said she’d call back. No one called back and no one came. There has been no communication from metro at all, and my curtains still haven’t been installed.

Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a 2-seater couch from their store nearly 2 months ago. At the time of purchase, I was assured that the item was in stock. Only two days after payment, I was informed that there was actually no stock available and that I would need to wait 4 weeks for it to arrive. Four weeks came and went—with no delivery and only more delays and vague excuses about issues at the factory. It’s now been almost 2 months, and I still have no couch. The lack of communication and transparency has been incredibly frustrating.
