Vodacom fibre non-functional again

Fibre going on three days not working
Wasting all my airtime for no real outcome on my vodacom fibre repair, with a vague explanation on what is wrong, open for interpretation and ambiguous. I had to spend 100s of rands to be able to do my work via 3g, and the experience is just draining. Yet, there has been zero communication from Vodacom at all(besides a courteous call to tell me I must contact them later..). Can you believe it?? I expect a service, that is not much to ask for.4 replies
