I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using Promac Paints to carefully go through the negative reviews before making a decision — they reflect the reality of the product. I app**** their “liquid rubber” coating to a brand-new roof, following all their guidelines exactly. The work was done by experienced professionals, not a DIY attempt, so there was no room for incorrect application. Despite this, the product began failing in less than six months. The coating has become brittle, started cracking, and is now peeling off in multiple areas. As a result, I am left with: • A compromised and unsightly roof finish • The need to redo the entire job • A financial loss exceeding R65,000 What is even more frustrating is the lack of after-sales support. There has been no meaningful assistance, no accountability taken, and only delays and empty responses. For something advertised as a long-lasting and durable solution, this performance is extremely disappointing. ⚠️ Advice to others: Do not rely solely on marketing claims. Take the time to research and read customer experiences — there appears to be a consistent pattern in the complaints. I have full photo and video evidence showing the installation process and the product failure for anyone who needs proof. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Promac Paints or their products.
Nedbank is going to the extreme to damage my name they have not even investigate the matter they just listed me on SAFPS and then they want to investigate. How can NedBank accuse you and list you with out a compilation of an investigation!??????? I send Nedbank a police affidavit explaining my information was stolen and emails hacked. I bank with NedBank for 10 years now they see all my personal banking info and this is what I get for being there costumer.
Im trying to get issues solved but call centre keep dropping my call. I asked to phone back and request have been ignored. I phoned again and consultant asked to hold after a while they drop the phone. Money went out of my account with no trace of it and no one to assist properly. This is unacceptable.
After 3 months of struggling with my account it is still not sorted out! Easy to take money but a struggle to sort out my problem! I want my issues sorted out TODAY!!!!
I have never had any problems with FNB until now. I have an easy account with monthly fees of R65, suddenly services fees are R730? What the f…k. This is theft!!! I want my money back as I didn’t sign up for this. Normally my service fees was under R60 suddenly this amount? I want my money back!
I’m still waiting for my reversal after 14 days of fighting they still have excuses. This is unacceptable!
I requested a move and the move has been done successfully. My issue now is that the sales person said I will not be held responsible for any fees with the move and so on. I paid for a service at the old property and as soon as my internet was active at the new property I’m being billed again. This is unacceptable. I requested a refund on the old property as I am not staying there now they don’t want to refund me. This is unacceptable.
Worst take aways ever. Platter for one is not for one adult but for a child. Super disappointed. Never again.
We submitted a claim in 30 August. Only communication we received was we will respond to you within 72 hours. I cannot get through to them and no-one is giving any attention to this claim. This is pathetic. When will someone do their job and get back to us with a reasonable time period of when the claim will be paid out?
So with no warning what so ever my account is blocked. I phoned the fraudline just to tell me I need to phone Monday the investigation officer as they cannot assist me. Please can someone assist me to get this problem sorted out. This is unacceptable.
