I would like to sincerely compliment Noni Khumalo for the exceptional service she provided during our recent vehicle purchase. After struggling for a long time to get a vehicle, Noni truly made it happen for my partner and me. She was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. Even though it was a small vehicle purchase, she made us feel valued and special every step of the way. Noni kept us informed with daily updates and always made sure we were in the loop, which gave us so much peace of mind. What truly stood out was her dedication even after we received the vehicle. She continues to assist us with any questions or queries we may have, showing genuine care and commitment to her clients. Noni is a true asset, and we are extremely grateful for her help and outstanding service.
I have not received my refund for a cancelled purchase i made. Their lines are closed and you cant get hold of anyone to assist 😡😡😡😡😡
Did an application online for an IPHONE 13... Wow I have never received such pathetic service from a service provider. I was the one that always had to call in to follow up, no updated received from Telkom. While following up daily i was told it was approved and they will order the phone soon. I call in to follow up on the order TODAY and was told that the application is cancelled and there is nothing they can do. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!! All that waiting for nothing. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that managers dont take calls. wow I am moving to another service provider. Telkom does not care about clients.
We requested for 2x leg quarters and we specified that we wanted leg quarters and NOT the breast, however we were given breasts and wing. Why is there an option for us to choose the portion if they still end up choosing for us? The breast was undercooked, it was RAW and we had to throw it away. We drove all the way from Sandton for nothing!!!, we still had to wait for the garlic rolls to be prepared. I lodged a complaint on their app with the pictures attached on the complaint and this was the response from the manager "Hi Phumzile. I would like to apologize for the experience you had in our store. I will investigate about the matter. I can assure you better experience in future." And I have not received any response since then." We PAID money for a meal that we couldn't eat!
My parcel from Shein has been stick for the two weeks now. I paid the Tax that was required but the service is Pathetic. They sent my parcel to a 3rd party which I fail to understand why. No one has ever contacted me to let me know that they are delivering my parcel. This is just horrible service.
My son couldn't get his Birthday Gift because of MAKRO!!!!!!!!!! I ordered bicycle online for my son's 10th birthday. The purchase was successful, and the payment was deducted, however the next day I received an email to say that the order was cancelled, and refund captured. Why was the bike still showing as available?? Why wasn't it updated? So now I have to explain to my son that I am waiting for a refund which is taking forever. Is it fair for me to be in this position? I must say this is poor service. I would like my refund URGENTLY so that I can get my son his birthday gift!!!!!!!
WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT!!! I paid 1250.00 for nothing. firstly the food was just horrible. the food was cold, most of it was tasteless, the ribs were tasted like they were boiled, the meats were not tastey, nothing was wow at all, the veggies overcooked and not tastey. The way that the food is dished up by your waters, its as if we are in a prison canteen. I Hoped that my kids birthday dinner would be great but he did not enjoy it either.
