I sent back the watch straps that I bought April that took time to be noted as received. I was told that my refund was processed on the 4th of May which I haven't received till date. I followed up and I was given POP that it was processed on the 3rd but how cause the card number I dont even recognize. I just want my money, I want nothing to do with them ever what nonsense of the service is this???
On March 27 a Santam client drove into my car and the third party claim was lodged. It the 20th of June, my car is not yet fixed the only time I get communication is only when I initiate it myself beside that it's silent ville. What's sickening is that their clients car is fixed but mine is not, I need to trade my car in but because it's not yet fixed I cant trade it in.

I have an Evotel Fibre and the network service provider is Vox. I have been struggling with connection since November and then decided to log a call which they attended to it after I stopped one of their cars from the street. The Fibre was ohk for few days and then back to what it was. December I logged 2 calls that were never attended to, January their debit order flew threw which made me even more angrier. I'm currently paying for unavailable services in a nutshell, I called Vox to cancel and I was told I still need to pay them until end of February and my question is what am I paying for?? In the past 2 months I spent a lot of money on data since I work from home due to their incompetence but im still expected to pay for the Ghost service im getting.
DSTV gift us false dreams On the 7th of April 2023 I won a hotel stay voucher from DSTV rewards that stipulated that the voucher is valid for 12 months. I tried to redeem the voucher however it was giving me errors I called DSTV and I was told to call Protea Hotel and that when they picked up that the voucher had an error. The voucher had 0 at the end instead of O. When I was now redeeming my voucher that's when I learned that the voucher had expired. I reached our to DSTV rewards after few emails I was then told that the voucher is Valid only for 6 months. I sent them the voucher email that I received stating that the voucher is valid for 12 months. After sending them that email I never heard anything from them. They responded to me on hello Peter and asked me to send them the voucher I received, I sent the email to [email protected] on the 13th of November till date there's no response because they can see that their voucher is written Valid for 12 months. I need answers.

I'm so over Telkom, I'm so disgusted by their service. I have been double debited by telkom, I contacted them regarding this issue and i was told that it was not true. I was told to check with my bank and findout where the debit order was coming from. My line has been cut off twice this year due to non payment. I was told to reverse the money that I claim is being double debited only for my account to be suspended and my credit record to be showing missed payments. It's almost a month since I've been disconnected, I tried 3 times to open a ***** case which they later get closed reason being there's no data. I have sent 3 emails to 3 different people sending my documents. [email protected] [email protected] [email protected]. I spend a lot of money as I need to always buy data prepaid whilst I wait for Telkom Jesus to address my query.
August 2022 Makro had Canva tent special which comes up with 1 campmaster sleeping stretch and 3 duffel bags. Upon dilevery i only received the tent and sleeping stretch. I therefore tried to contact them to raise the issue until i resorted on sending them an email. Rejoice Cass answered my email and informed me that the special did not come with the duffel bags, i told her the special did include the duffel bags. She then asked me to send "proof" for something that they advertised worst part is i told her but she never saw the need to double check before even asking me for proof. Clearly after i sent the proof they realised i was telling the truth and decided to send 2 duffel bags instead of 3 without even apologising for making me a lier and asking me to send proofs. Again on the 27th of September i sent them an email to tell them that i only received 2 duffel bags instead of 3 duffel bags, they just acknowledge my email but nothing has been done. I'm not sure if they take me serious as a customer at all honestly.
I went to Ennerdale KFC and i was serviced by Melissa, woman is rude. Upon us ordering we asked her why there was a long que wanting to establish if there were many orders but her response was no "we are busy" when we got to the collection window we were told to wait for 11 minutes. I resfused to move and i demanded that she comes to the window, when she came she told us that we were liars. I then told her that i wont move aside and her response was that we can suit ourselves by standing on the window. What a service we received. Is that how KFC operates????
I posted this message on the 15th of December and they responded that they will call till date they havent only the collections department is now calling me. I am not happy with Vodacom, i had contracts with them for over 5 years for them to hand me over without communicating with me. I asked for settlement letters for my contracts so that i can settle them. I received the letters and paid them October. In the beginning of December i received a call from MBD stating that im handed over by vodacom. I followed up and i was told that my account was at their legal department. My understanding of the NCR is that you cant handover a client without communicating with them worse by only one month then im handed over
