Debit order for 2 loans was taken on the wrong date, Although one was allocated to the correct MobiMoney loan, the other 24 month loan was not debited. After numerous phone calls to collections I was first informed that they will debit the correct debit order, this did not happen. I phoned again and paid the amount over via EFT to the finchoice account. Amount was done via payshap i.e cleared. Funds allocated to both my loan accounts. My app does not reflect the correct amount to the correct loan 24month loan account but was also allocated to my mobimoney account. I phoned again and was treated very poorly by the consultants, had to hold on for 20 minutes, still no response. Mails sent. Ticket was closed but nothing was resolved. I did not expect this from Finchoice. Very unhappy. Not sure what to do now, they just don't respond. I can guarantee you though that if my credit record and penalty fees is going to be influenced I will take the matter up with the OMUDSMAN. Disappointed. I have had loans for more that 2 years with finchoice with a very good record thus me trying to resolve the matter. Hopefully they read Hellopeter.
Spam calls, according to the contact that phoned me she received personal information of mine from vericredit, I am not sure if this is legal, I have no accounts in arrears, default or judgements. The lady that contacted me was very rude, I would not suggest anyone to do business with these people.
This company service is COMPLETELY AI based, decision was made without consulting with customer just as per their system, I earn more than you think. I've had experiences with other companies before with same system and had no problems, lost my business, sure you don't care.
I app**** for a loan in May, got the loan and service was relatively good, loan has been repaid. I am trying to apply for another loan since June 24, No response on e-mails, I got through once via there phone lines but the agent was extremely rude, I am trying to cancel my loan application because I do not need it anymore but with no success, phones is an absolute mess and hopefully someone will answer my mails now. First experience was ok, second one after a month very bad. I would not recommend this company at all especially after reading other reviews.
Please I do not know if anybody out there has been contacted by Clientele Life 5 times in 2 hours after rejecting their offer the first time politely, this is extremely hard selling and I keep on wondering where they get my contact details from, not just on one device but 2.
