So disappointed in Dola Money😡
NEVER EVER SETTLE YOUR LOAN WITH THE HOPE OF QUALIFYING FOR A NEW LOAN BECAUSE THEY WILL REJECT YOU FOR NO VALID REASON, I HAD A LOAN OF 2k for 2 months. I decided to pay it off in one month hoping to reapply and get money to add on my registration at school, I was declined after paying a 2 months loan in 1 month.Their vetting system is very useless. Now I missed out on my registration because of relying on Dola money, such incompetency. If I knew I would have kept my money and wait for them to debit next month

AI system makes decisions
This company service is COMPLETELY AI based, decision was made without consulting with customer just as per their system, I earn more than you think. I've had experiences with other companies before with same system and had no problems, lost my business, sure you don't care.

Good day Please share my request with Senior management, I would like to appeal the rejected application . Nothing in my credit profile has changed since my loan approvals with Dola Money . I have appreciated your help in times of need etc .. I am shocked that iam rejected and blocked when I have been paying successfully with no fail . I feel super discriminated against as 1 reason was given then followed by another which has caused me a huge set back in the project i am working on and dealing with . I was thrown out with no warning . I get that you are governed by you policies and all but i how do i get penalized for things i do not know and also get rejected while been granted a loan under the same conditions . Please reinstatement as am very thankful and would still like to borrow with Dola 8602160904087 -0715916004
