I have a problem with standard bank failing to fix their problem of not communication with me what needs to be done,my frustration is that l need the judgment removed asap as it affecting a lot of things.Standard bank please do your job,and the worse thing for me is transferred from pillar to post
I have experienced a worst experience with FNB. All l need is a paid up letter on my overdraft that was turned Into a personal loan. I have paid up the balance and all I have been asking for, for the past 2 weeks is a paid up letter to send to debt international and no one seems to be capable to help, I have been sent from pillar to post and that is my frustration. Mind you I'm spending airtime holding for more than and hour only to be transferred to someone who tells you they need to transfer you again ... So frustrating, l need my paid up letter please FNB.
I have been waiting for a paid up letter please from Edgars for months now and I need to clear my name but no one is coming through with help.l called a couple of times and the call centre agent said they can not do anything from their side.They can only escalate my request to head office and they are not sure how long it will take them to email it to me,since then I have been waiting till now I have not received anything.
