I am just short of words, this has been nothing but disappointing, my car was fixed with incorrect badges! I have a black edition yet they used silver for the car logo that was supposed to be a black logo and now it looks funny the whole black edition kit looks bad how do you explain such nonsense!

The level of unprofessionism and miscommunication that is within the employees and how the service is run. When it’s time to turn in your car for repair the company remembers to call you everyday to book in your car but as soon as you have booked it in the time communicated to fix it is not met, neither is there a timely update on the progress of your car, if you don’t call they will never call and also they don’t communicate back to you if you inquire on call backs on progress on that WhatsApp option Thembilihle as a service advisor lacks to keep up with informing you the exact progress of your car repairing stage and also said my car was awaiting parts when there wasn’t anything to replace when I inquired for further detail she didn’t respond until I called back and they blamed it on a system error. You book in your car and just have to wait until they are ready to give it back to you, no communication will be given to you until you call which is poor *********** customer service.

Hai these are the most confused panel beaters ever shem, they change the status and if you follow up 2 days later they will tell you that is not the case so they just guessing it's like they just change the status to impress the insurance to look like they are doing the work when they are not, every 2 days after they changed the status I follow up and they will always sound so confused like they haven't even started with the repairs at all!
