When it’s time to turn in your car for repair the company remembers to call you everyday to book in your car but as soon as you have booked it in the time communicated to fix it is not met, neither is there a timely update on the progress of your car, if you don’t call they will never call and also they don’t communicate back to you if you inquire on call backs on progress on that WhatsApp option Thembilihle as a service advisor lacks to keep up with informing you the exact progress of your car repairing stage and also said my car was awaiting parts when there wasn’t anything to replace when I inquired for further detail she didn’t respond until I called back and they blamed it on a system error. You book in your car and just have to wait until they are ready to give it back to you, no communication will be given to you until you call which is poor *********** customer service.
