Latest October 2025 I took one month with Sunshine loan then I struggled to paid on time I was then handed over to Nrb Risk Solutions. Then Nrb Risk Solutions on 20 March 2026 they took R3,216.19 they never paid Sunshine loan till now I called them then this stupid lady by the name of [email protected] hang up call on me and they are no longer answering my calls Maybe Stephan Grobler should give me call explain such terrible customer service. Dineo Molatedi is start I called Vodapay department needing assist on how to reverse cash sent voucher from Cash express Dineo probed effectively and she patiently given me steps on how to do it then it successful dedicated Dineo Called me to follow up and guided me on how to draw the money using my own bank account which I did then the money was in my bank account yesterday in the evening guess customer service champion extraordinaire Dineo called me today to check if I got my money.... I am internally grateful She is best of the best.
