DEBT TEC
I cannot receive my paid up letter and their lines are always engaged. was blacklisted by Atlas finance and was handed over to Debt Tec. I have repaid all my debt and still Debt Tec has not cleared my name. on ITC. They do not even answer their phones

Unhappy and Frustrated Customer
I have been trying to contact this company for my Atlas Finance account but to no avail. Their number is never answered and email address provided is invalid. I have been trying to contact this company for my Atlas Finance account but to no avail. Their number is never answered and email address provided is invalid. Struggling to receive a paid up letter
I am struggling to get a paid up letter, everytime i call, my calls are transferred to an inactive line and email addresses come back unsuccessful ''A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:'

Pathetic and unprofessional service!!!
I have settled my 2 atlas finance accounts, yet this company keeps on sending me threatening sms and emails about being handed over.How do you send a paid-up letter for an account that is still active and not closed.I have been calling them every day and the manager is always in a meeting and admin on lunch what kind of business is this ...All i need to be removed from your database i dont owe you anything !!!!
