DOUBLE INSTALMENT AND NO REFUND. CAR TRACK KEEP ON DEBITED MY ACCOUNT FOR NOW 6 MONTHS AND AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS RECEIVED NO REFUND AND STILL PAYING DOUBLE
My car 2018 mahindra was repossed on the 14/11/2025 due to non payment as i am unemployed. There is a default on my name at ITC for R19 401.16. Because of that i cant find a job as the companies detect it on my name. I want it to be removed rom my name on ITC
My daughter is 5 months old, and she is in the hospital for RSV. I need an authorisation NR. All medical assessments were sent through 3 times, and still, Momentum has excuses. Please, my daughter is sick in the hospital, and I need an authorisation NR.
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the processing of my recent claims as reflected in the attached statement. According to my understanding, I am on a Hospital Plan, which clearly states that all in-hospital treatments and related costs should be covered in full when using approved facilities and healthcare providers. However, I note with concern that certain amounts for services rendered at the hospital (Mediclinic Midstream) have not been paid, and are reflected as outstanding or unpaid. This is inconsistent with the benefits outlined in my Discovery Health Plan. These claims relate to hospital treatment for my child, and all services were received within a hospital setting. Therefore, I request a detailed explanation as to why: • These amounts were not covered in full, and • Why payment was not made directly to the healthcare provider as expected under a hospital plan. I kindly request that this matter be urgently reviewed and corrected, and that all outstanding amounts be settled in accordance with my plan benefits. Please provide a written response with a clear breakdown of the decision and confirm when payment will be processed. I trust that this matter will receive your urgent attention. i received auth nr for myself that i was in hospital. My medical aid is for any hospital. But everything went of my vault savings which is now depleted. Anything else that i need my medical for i cant use. I pay R7000 a month on a medical that is useless. because the people that handle my medical aid is useless
i apply for hospital plan - top of the range for R2585 a month. I was accepted. on the 1st january 2026 there was an emergency kidney stones. i am battling from the 1st and it is now the 14th to get an authorization nr. this is ridiculous, as i didnt went to any doctors or hospitals in 2025, they want an assesment for the year 2025. VERY VERY BAD

on 28/11/2025, the FNB system deducted twice an amount of R550 from my account. Received a message that it was a system error, and they will reverse it. But now I have to fill in forms, and then only after 7 days will I get my money back. Which is unacceptable, as I need my money and can't wait for 7 days for FNB to sort out their issues. I want my money now
Thank you for my great car — I’m really happy with the vehicle itself; it’s in excellent condition and drives beautifully. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. Christo was unable to provide the necessary documents we requested, such as the service record and the vehicle tracking certificate. We have been waiting for weeks, and even after more than two weeks, we still haven’t received them. It feels as though once payment was made, the dealership lost interest in providing any further customer support. This has been very frustrating and unprofessional.
