Claims not paid
I had unpaid claims by the medical aid on 20250611 I been taken from pillar to post regarding payments, portion of the payments was made by Polmed on the 26/6/2025 of which they don't give me a reason why didn't they pay in full. Ihave been calling them numeracy times getting DRS motivation but still not sorted out, My accounts has been handed over because medical aid is failing to make full payment and the staff in the call center are unable to give me clarify i spoke to DARRIK yesterday 30/3/2026 he said he will revert back to me i am still waiting even now. Worse service
I arrived at the branch wanting to withdraw money from a tax free account since its the only account I have.....I was told by Janine Titus, Thabiso n Maphele that they can't do a transfer for me to the other bank which I was previously able to, to my suprise no one bothered to an email as standardbank usually send communication to client.I am disappointed by the level of service I received from Brits Branch now I am suppose to queue again n wait for another universal banker no 9 which she is taking her time.where is staff education as thy need to know this from the door.... n allocate the customer appreciate..All this is frustrating

Trading hours
I went to foschini hartbee****rt village at 17.50 I was told by the store manager that they closed at 17.50 but according to they are trading hours and the malls its suppose to be 18.00....apparently they are cashing up thats the reason for closing early....my question is why do they change the trading hours then....it's is unacceptable for me as a customer

I have made a laybye with double click pta North 07/08/2021 I was advised if I need the goods I need to inform them atleast 2 weeks before now its 3 weeks.....my order is Lola 321 every week I am calling to ask if they are there so that I can pay the outstanding but no one is assisting I have spoken to Jubeida n Vee and nothing Is happening I am wondering if the Laybye really exist or Is just a scam

Cartracker and Carwatch device being malfunctioning
I recently 29/03/2021 had a problem with CarWatch from Cartracker both device are malfunctioning and I was told that they are having a technical problem with CARWATCH which I only find out after being on the phone for more than an hour with the Fleet,Emergency team n Teams leader but none of them was able to assist as they restarted the Carwatch but the device is still malfunctioning its recording that the car is moving even if it's on one place.I kindly asked them to send a technician but they dont take customer complaints n are not customer centric.The kind of money one pays every month n gets a service like this it's really frustrating.I made a facebook but no one is getting back to me like I thought,When I ask them to cancel the subscription since I am not getting value for money n they are products are faulty n no one is willing to take accountability I am told that I signed a 36 months contracts of which I am aware but I cant keep on paying and not getting the services....and no one is willing to be accountable

The unit and the CarWatch not working properly
The device on the car is malfunctioning and when you tell them that you need a technician they are saying that they will restart the development since 29/03/2021 I am having a problem n there are not willing to assist to customers satisfaction but come the end of the month they take the money but they are not rendering the services this is actually a robbery,if u cancel the subscription they are telling me about a 36 months contract which I signed n I am liable to pay....which they do not want to take ownership that thy are device is faulty.i would like to cancel the subscription but I don't have the cancelation fee cause they are not willing to fix they are device.can some1 assist
