I wish to convey my concerns in my first experience with Dr Tlale. I have raised this with hospital manager and was told theres nothing that can be done because of how far I am in my pregnancy I was met with a cold demure at my first appointment at 37 weeks pregnant today, she wished to speak to me without my mother to reprimand me and the entire appointment she was rude, not receptive and as though I am wasting her time, I have also been to hello peter and the reviews are the same. I have always been excited to attend gynae appointments with my previous Doctors as I was always treated with care. I was also not informed correctly of all the costs for this visit. I paid R1250 and was informed an extra cost will be deducted from medical aid and I had explicitly explained that I dont want to use medical aid to prevent it from lapsing.
I lodged a glass claim and my windscreen was fixed within a week Thank you for the great service
I am so so disappointed. I own a 2019 VW polo DSG. A smooth car, as a lady I ensure my car is serviced on time always. I recently tried VW Constantia Kloof in Roodepoort as it’s closer to work. I was happy that they did all which was required. A week later my car mulfunctions. They charge me a diagnosis for something they should have picked up a week prior which was my spark plugs. I am furious. It’s middle of the month, i use my car to travel to work and thus meaning i am at their mercy to repair at their inflated prices. Im upset and will not be using them again
This organisation helped me from the get go! My meter number was not registered and i needed electricity, they fixed it within 24 hours! Thank you to each person who assisted us, namely Stacey, Willme, Tammy, Caleb and Theo! What a great team! :)
I had arrived at Clicks Kagiso Mall after a makeup fail and Elsie Louw was so kind and helpful even though I took her away from a lunch break. She is so attentive and has great customer service! Thank you Elsie
For over 2 weeks I have been attempting to purchase 6 OG 2.0 tshirts in black 2 for each size, namely medium, large, xl. Due to no sizes for medium i then called galxboy menlyn today to confirm if theres sizes for the safety pin tshirts the lady said yes! We drove all the way from Roodeport to Pta after this only to arrive and not have sizes. I wish to get a call recording and to be compensated for the wasted trip
Absa activate car insurance has poor customer service, I was constantly on hold to speak to an agent for over 20 mins to be transferred to underwriting to which i was on hold for 20 mins where they dropped the call. They could not try to retain me as a client as they increased my renewal premium i kindly sent several emails to cancel my policy with no response from Nomvula Sithole i then called again today with my airtime and was on hold again and they cancelled it, I asked if there would be any future deductions and was advised no, this evening they deducted my full premium? Im furious as if i were to dispute the direct debit my bank will charge me over R45 which i wont be compensated for by Absa. So unprofessional and annoying
My mother was looking to purchase a new car and I referred her to Barons Woodmead as I had bought my car in January, I also did this as I was advised by Ronald, sales exec that I would get a referral money if my mom purchases a car. And so she did, I have been waiting for over a month since my mother purchased a car from Amandla at new sales for her 2022 T-cross and have been getting the run around. I am simply unhappy with the communication and would like the referral money to be given to me as the sale was completed in early March.
I came to exchange clothes on the 4th of April around 6 pm at the Mall of Africa Mr Price. A kind lady, Tinda, assisted me at the til however the manager as per my slip, Mavhungu, spoke to her so rudely and you don’t do that in front of customers. She spoke to her like a child or someone who is incompetent, She needs to learn people skills and communication skills. Please shed the light for her, she is rude! Thank you to the lady who was assisting me who remained calm throughout the ordeal
I have been mislead by an agent who assisted me in starting this contract in July 2020. I did not qualify for the phone I wanted because of my credit score and she advised me to get the Vivo contract and after 90 days I will be eligible to upgrade as Vodacom wants to see if I do indeed pay my debit orders. I go to IStore and Vodacom shop yesterday as I knew my 90 day ends at the end of the month and was informed that this was indeed a lie. I would not have taken the contract if I was under the impression that I had to keep this phone till 2022. I do not want to continue paying for a phone I don’t want, and because I was coerced into this
